Loved getting right next to the falls to take photos and riding on the boat close to the falls. A wonderful experience. Our tour guide Manuel was extraordinary. Made the trip more fascinating and fun. Best guide we had during our two week trip.

The falls, helped by a lot of rain, were wonderful. Sonia & Tony managed the trip well and were friendly and helpful. We loved the boat trip and the villages we drove through on the way.
Sonia’s commentary was informative, interesting and amusing.
We were worried it would be a rush, but the trip exceeded our expectations.

Rhine Falls is the largest waterfall in Europe. It is a breathtaking natural wonder that offers a spectacular display of power and beauty and it did not disappoint ! I enjoyed it all, the driver of the bus was nice, and the tour guide, Manuel was good. I think there was enough time during the tour there to enjoy your visit.
As a travel blogger for Senior Travel Adventures - I would like to mention that for people with ambulatory challenges I think more information should have been provided in the description of the tour, there were uneven stairs, the access to the optional boat tour was not easy, and they should mention you might get wet on the boat. However, keeping that in mind, I would still highly recommend this tour!

The falls was good. But the guide and overall experience was not great. It would be fine to take an Uber to that location and enjoy on your own. No value add by the agency.

Our guide, Giada, was great. Very thoughtful and informative. The falls were amazing, I highly recommend the boat ride at 15 minutes, not really enough time for 30 minutes plus walking the platforms. Great trip!

If you are nearby, you should definitely visit. Entry is cheap. When there is a lot of water, it is very spectacular. Laufen Castle is very beautiful and everything is clean and well-kept. There are also picnic areas and various food options. I can recommend it.

There is no doubt that Rhine falls was a great place to visit. But we did not like coach service or guide. He was unable to clearly guide us regarding boat tour. He kept insisting that we have to come up with cash, we didn’t have. On his advice we had to use machine and pay extra 35$ fee on top of ticket price. When we went to boat ride area, we figured that there was a ticket booth and agents were accepting credit card. I would say at minimum, he showed very poor communication skills. He was in a hurry to leave on time and I felt rushed through out. I would recommend this tour company to anyone. Rhine falls is a great tourist attraction. Go yourself or with an other company.
