Monica was a great tour guide. Loved ending the tour in old Town. The tour covered a large scenic area.
I was disappointed in the meeting point (bus station) where there are no benches or awning.

Fantastic tour with an amazing guide, Diego! He is knowledgeable, extremely personable, funny and made sure we all had a good day.
The cable car ride up to the top of Felsenegg is a must do … spectacular views! I would highly recommend this tour and Diego!

Fun , with good intentions, but not a lot to see / show you . More driving & sitting in traffic than anything. Probably better to get a walking tour or just do it on your own .

This tour was mostly a waste of our time. The tour guide was kind and knowledgeable but his speaker kept cutting out. I only understood about 20% of what he was sharing. It was pretty much just riding around in a stuffy bus and straining to listen. I did enjoy the views from the university area however, but, other than that, our family could have saved $200 and just walked around the city on our own using public transportation. Also, the tour ended 15 minutes early with no way back to the main station as our bus left to pick up another tour. The guide told us we could either walk 15 minutes back or pointed us to the local tram stop. So weird.

Perfect way to see parts of the city not on the maps/difficult to reach.
The bus was comfortable, & I was glad I wasn’t driving.
Our guide Daniel was knowledgeable, witty and engaging, making the trip very enjoyable.

This might be a good idea as the very first thing in Zurich but if you have already spent some time walking along the waterfront, I wouldn't bother. The guide didn't share much history of places, mostly just pointed out a few. The tour also stops for 25-40 minutes at different times to allow picture taking.

Our Guide was amazing!! It was raining so we were limited on the walking part but he more than made up for it by taking us to see other sights. Very nice and personable. I highly recommend.
