Driver was not there when we arrived. I used the app to contact the driver, no response. called customer support and the representative, with a very strong accent, was rude when I had to ask him to repeat himself due to not understanding what he was saying. The driver was very apologetic for being late, my issue is with customer support and their rudeness.

We had two cars for an airport transport scheduled - they didn’t show up at airport after our long flight. We waited over an hour and only one taxi finally showed up. Half of group left with that taxi. The second group was left waiting, after 10 minutes, they grabbed their own cab. This was not a great start to our trip. I asked for partial refund on one trip and full on the other. I was declined for reason: trip already happened. This is not acceptable. I ordered an airport transport and expected it to be there after our flight - I was responsible for 11 people. Not happy.

Driver left us stranded. Left before we cleared immigration. Taxi ended up being cheaper and easier.

Flight into Dublin Airport was 10 minutes early. Immigration and bag check was a breeze so we were in the terminal at 10:45 pm. The pickup location was the unclear and looking for other drivers to ask questions was fruitless. Driver finally arrived at 11:20 pm. Very unpleasant experience especially considering the prepaid price.

Our flight was delayed due to the airport jetway not functioning. By the time they brought in steps and deplaned our driver had left. I couldn’t believe it. I’m still trying to get a refund. Absolutely terrible. I’ve reached out to your company multiple times and get no response?

Our flight arrived earlier so we weren't sure if the driver would be there early or not. Granted, we didn't see anyone holding a card with our name on it so we got worried. But customer service was very attentive and our driver arrived shortly. Stuart was a sweetheart. Very affable and shared stories about Dublin as he drived us to our hotel.

Our driver was great! He was on time. He helped with all the luggage. He gave us a lot of information on places to go and see. He gave good recommendations for dinner and bars too. Car was extremely clean.
