The vehicle arrived right on time, driver had good communication before and during the trip. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. It was a smooth and easy trip to the airport.

It was ok — the driver was excellent but the check in was kinda a free for all .. really no organization to the process. Had to remind the female representative 3 times that we were waiting … where she finally realized that we were still waiting. Mind you … we paid extra for a VIP private service. Gave a 3 star because the driver was really nice and accommodating. Otherwise, might want to consider another service since there was no VIP to this … could of just taken a taxi which might of been faster and cheaper

Timothy was great! Highly recommend this service. Very nice, clean suburban and would definitely be our first choice when traveling around the islands or to/from the airport again.
