Realmente impecable el servicio de MachuPicchu Cheap, éramos dos familias con adolescentes, 8 personas, y contratamos varios tours en Cusco con Carolina, quien nos orientó y respondió cada consulta de forma rápida, completa y honesta.
Hicimos el tour de Valle Sagrado, la Montaña de siete colores, el city tour y culminamos con MachuPichu full day, acompañados por Jessica que sabía muchísimo de toda la historia del santuario y por Rodrigo, el fotógrafo que incluía la experiencia por ser más de 6 personas. Acabamos de recibir las fotos y estamos felices, son mucho más que un lindo recuerdo de viaje.
Agradecemos también a Manuel que fue guía de dos tours y a Héctor que nos llevó a Montaña de Siete Colores. A los choferes que nos recogieron siempre puntualmente, incluso anticipadamente.
Fue una experiencia maravillosa y recomiendo a esta agencia a ojos cerrados, todo se coordinó y atendió de una forma impecable y profesional, asegurando que nuestro viaje fuera realmente inolvidable.

A long day but worth it. Great that all the organisation was done for me so no stress. My tour guide was fantastic, he was happy to do many photo shoots and was extremely knowledgeable about the sight and wider history. A wonderful day!

We traveled from Colombia to see this wonder of the world, but we lacked a link to help us with logistics. It was thanks to this agency, through Carolina, that everything was resolved perfectly: from their attention to their concern for us due to altitude sickness. The guides' recommendations were excellent, and all the tours, including the one to the colorful mountain, were punctually organized, just as the visit to Machu Picchu was made beautiful without worries on our part.

The excellent agency was in charge of coordinating all the tours and doing all the paperwork and logistics, we only had to worry about being on time. The guides of the spectacular tours, in Machu Picchu we went with Ciro, 10/10, highly recommended.
Our contact with the agency was with Carolina, she also cared about everything and was always very attentive to all our requests and concerns.
The wonderful trip, the spectacular view, just as one imagines.
In short, totally recommended.

The organization was very good, the agency took care of everything, from the train ticket, entrance to Machu Picchu, hotel, etc. Very clear instructions, everything very well explained. We only had to worry about being in the right places on time.
Incredible views and excellent guides on all tours. Especially in Machu Picchu we had Cisco, a truly excellent guide, it was a spectacular day.
