1. Dark & Light Cave
The Dark and Light Cave is a popular tourist destination located in Halong Bay. The cave is divided into two chambers, one with a dark interior and the other with a bright interior. The dark chamber is known for its unique rock formations and stalactites, while the bright chamber is characterized by its natural light and stunning views of the bay.

We will go through the Floating Village! Cai Beo Floating Village (Làng chài Cái Bèo) that is near Ben Beo harbour (Cảng Bến Bèo) is one of the largest and famous ancient villages of Vietnam. This village has about 300 houses living on seafood farming and fishing. Thousands of tourists come to Cai Beo Floating Village each year because of not only learning about the culture and life of locals but also admiring its beauty of nature. Furthermore, this island is considered as a great prehistoric site as it has a great collection of artifacts.
3. Lan Ha Bay
In comparison with the booming tourist trade in neighbouring Ha Long Bay, where dozens of ships ply the waters daily and where travellers are surrounded by so many boats that the megaliths somehow lose their magic, Lan Ha Bay is the area’s quieter alternative. Very few cruise companies have permission to sail here, so for most of the journey, sharing the water with a handful of fishing boats, dwarfed in size as they sail past the stone giants.
4. Viet Hai Village
Viet Hai Village offers a range of activities for people looking to explore this traditional rural community. One of the top things to do is to take a guided trek or bike ride to the village, stopping along the way to take in the stunning scenery and learn about local flora and fauna from knowledgeable guides. Once in the village, you can explore on foot, meet the friendly locals, and enjoy a traditional meal made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You can also learn about the history and culture of the village, which dates back over 200 years.

I booked a day cruise from Cat Ba island via my hostel. It was very good value for money and we had a really great experience. Lan Ha bay is very peaceful, and not many other boats around. Our tour guide Phùng was very friendly and helpful. Food was really good too, and plenty to go around.

Phong was an amazing tour guide and we had a great time in Lan Ha Bay. They took us to a beautiful area of the bay to swim and kayak, and we had a fantastic meal on the boat. Loved hiking to the remote village as well. Would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely trip with Minh and chatba aamzing tours. Despite being overcast we had a great time. We where taken around the island on a lovely boat. We meet some great people and had lovely food.

THE TRIP

The fishing village on the sea was nice but like all th boats we went passed way to quick.

Had a great time kayaking. Although they don't confirm your speed or ability so if like us you are slower its easy to loose the group. That being said we still enjoy it immensely and still saw nost of what group did.

We stooped in lovely bay some of the more adventurous dived of the boat and went swimming. We had lovely lunch which was nice and there was lots to go around

affer lunch we visited a village, it had started to rain there was a choice of bikes or transport. Take the bikes if you can much more chance to see things as it a slower pace. (and photograph area my hobby). Spent some time in village if little bit setup for tourist it was not fully of tourist shops.

Back on boat quick stop by monkey island monkeys came on baord for few minutes before we set off home.

All in all a lovely day everything was well organised for the most part.

We had a great day trip on Lan Ha Bay! Everything was nicely paced and the lunch was delicious with so much food. The group size was good and they say it maxes out at 30. The boat didn’t feel crowded and we had plenty of space. Getting to bike and kayak were highlights! This is one of the only tours I could find that included both bays with the other activities. Would recommend!

The tour was really fun! The views were nice and the activities were fun as well. However I was already sick and felt more sick during the tour, but the tourguide took me to the hospital and translated for me. This didn’t have to do anything with the tour but the staff helped me a lot!

This was one of the best tours I have done whilst travelling, the guide was kind and welcoming, it was great value for money. Swimming and cycling were highlights, and of course the landscape was wow. Lunch was delicious
