I paid $52 for a Luxury 1 hour hamman and 1 hour massage. Advertisment said Luxury, Transportation provided to and from hotel, WiFi on board, air-conditioned and mint tea. No Transportation came only the guys mum that runs the North Tours excursion Company his name is Anwar and hers is Latifa. She met me outside my hotel, she didn't speak English. Latifa had me walk 20mins to local hamman place on route she brought the black soap and hand-wash mitten she used a morrocan coin and even got change from it. At Entrance Hamman stated 20 MAD approximately £2. I covered myself in the black soap and an lady there scrubbed it off with the mit. No transport, no mint tea, no massage. Not luxury at all. I have no issue with nudity, im no prude but I witnessed a women shaving her public hair, that does not say luxury to me. None of the women there could understand me nor could I understand them. Also hamman was not even an hour and I asked after about the massage the guys mum that took me there then walked me to Anwars house. He came out to meet me and walked me to the main road where wr sat for about 15mins awaiting a taxi he booked. He said Taxi would take me for a massage that was coming out of his own pocket and that he would be out of pocket. He was putting me on a guilt trip, despite me saying that's what the excursion stated it delivered. He offered me 200MAD back not to have the massage, which I accepted as it wasn't worth the stress and guilt trip he was giving me, and I just wanted to get back to my hotel at this point. You even tried to tell me to pay the taxi back which I refused as it was meant to be included in price. We eventually got a taxi and he asked me give the Taxi man 50MAD approximately £4, which i refused as Transportation was meant to be part of my excursion.

A truly lovely experience 🥰 you first go into a steam room then get lathered with this amazing homemade, wax like, natural product then was given a very thorough scrub down making you feel like a new woman. Then got my hair washed and a good rinse down to follow. You experience it with other woman and it just feels nice to be there with all the ladies! Thank you very much!!

Be careful as this service doesn’t exist ! This is scammer there is no luxury hammam - hour and 1 hour massage don’t go there as this is fraud ! Be aware I have reported to police ! Still waiting for my refund ! God bless us !
