1. You will try well cooked tapas & traditional dishes, such as the best type of paellas.
2. You can choose how many you want too and which one you prefer from the suggestions given by the guide. Dietary restrictions are welcome, please let us know when booking.
3. You will be able to choose the touring area: el Born or Gothic, historical, or more local areas such as Sant Antoni & Poblesec, Eixample, Barceloneta. Please let us know.
4. You will only pay for what you drink and eat. The guide will share recommendations and a food guide too. Food expenses: count 20€ maximum per person.
5. If the tour is booked before 13h it will include a food market visit (not on Sundays).
6.You will eat what the locals eat & drink, learn about the local Barcelona, and get many useful insights to take during the rest of your trip.

Alejandro is a fantastic guide. I highly recommend him! He took us to secret local tapas bars, wonderful wineries and told us interesting facts about the local culture. It was a wonderful journey into Spanish culture. Muchísimas gracias Alejandro!

We had a great evening with Anna, not only did we visit 3 tapas bars and had some fabulous food but we learnt a lot about the local history of Barcelona as well. Ana is an excellent host , we saw places that only a local would know about and tasted things that only a local would order.

Elvira got in touch before the tour to find out what kind of food tour we wanted and what sort of foods and places we would like to go. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Her love of Barcelona, its food, culture and history is clear to see. Had a really great time and would not hesitate to recommend this tour!

The guide was native from Barcelona, very knowledgable and lovely. The food tastings were tailored to our taste and the food places very authentic. We enjoyed our time with her immensely.

My family from the US came to visit me in Barcelona so I booked this tour for us. Elvira is a very flexible, friendly, and fun guide. She has a lot of experience, a local perspective, and knows great restaurants and all the history. We really appreciated her passion for sharing her culture and knowledge about Barcelona and the local gastronomy. The tour was totally customisable to whatever you want to eat and see, which was perfect for us. We had a great time and cannot recommend it more!
