Fullday Istanbul City Highlights Tour

I found it to be a comprehensive introductory tour of historical Istanbul. We were able to skip the line on the sights. Was very delighted with the history lesson from our guide, Barish. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Should not have booked this trip during Eid.
It was extremely crowded & did not get the full tour experience
Grand Bazaar (part of the tour) was closed.

Lunch was not included even though it says it was in the tour. So you pay for your lunch.

Felt rushed & didn’t see everything at the Topkapi Palace as it was so crowded

Guide left to take some of the people back to the bus & left a few of us to continue the tour on our own at the Topkapi Palace (last part of the tour)

Great tour company. Mazing staff and tour guide very profetional. puntual, caring and friendly. Very knowlageble and attention to details. Love every minute of it.

Excellent and very well organised tour from the start to the finish. The guides were excellent and provided great commentary on the history of the area. The guides also gave us the choice to go to some shops along the way, which we did out of interest, but no pushy sales pitch, or pressure to go. However, I was glad we did go as the information we were given was very helpful for shopping throughout Turkey even if you didn't buy anything at their shop. The accommodation and van we travelled in was comfortable.

Very happy with our tour guide Riza and driver Burak. The tour was informative and beautiful. We had a nice lunch buffet as well. All facilities taken were very clean and adequate toilet breaks.
Highly recommended for this tour. Pamukale is a must see destination. From Stewart and Lisa

Was lucky enough to discover the grandiosity of Ephesus with our tour guide, Gonca!
Let me just say this, if you're planning to go to Ephesus do try and get a tour with her! Gonca will make your tour memorable in so many ways. She knows how to guide you around the city almost as if she is from that era. Also, she is such a warm person that you'd want her to show you the entire Turkey.

We have joined the Kusadasi tour Company for 2 days to Pamukkale & Ephesus with our driver (Mr Hakan) and 2 tour guides (Mr Riza & Mrs Gonza). We had a really wonderful trip, where we were brought to a really nice place with amazing views and price are reasonable. The tour guides are friendly and speaks good english. The driver takes care of us vey well.

We booked a airport transfers from Izmir to Kusadasi and tours to ephesus and pamukalle. Guides were Gonca and Riza, and the drivers were Hakkan and Ramo. Both guides were very professional and were very adjusting. Would highly recommend them for a food service and price.

We did a two day excursion
- ephesus tour
- pamukkale tour

1.Comprehensive tour experience - i think most of the tour agencies have the same itinerary
2. We felt that Gonja was very pleasant and really related to the group, shes very easy to talk to, gave good advice before coming in the attractions
3. Gonja offered options to the group regarding shopping destinations , lunch , etc
4. The tour was pretty much stress free , well planned .
5. The driving was good wc is very important for safety
6. I couldnt think of any faults during the two day excursion , so job well done to gonja faruk and their team in organizing
- although i could say a few disappointments about the tourist spots themselves - but the arrangement was great !
