The best part of my entire time at Ocean Outpost was the staff. Everyone was so lovely, friendly and accommodating. A special shout out to staff member Aleia— she gave my friends and I the VIP treatment while we were there for the day, and made our trip special and memorable with her sparkling customer service! Romaine Sr and Jr were both AMAZING guides! They made me and my friends feel so safe and secure. I truly feel like they deserve so much more recognition! I conquered my fear of heights thanks to Romaine Sr!! I love it here! Definitely going to visit again.

This was the only thing that made Jamaica fun. Was glad we went, our hotel sucked the grand Palladium resort and spa (5 star more like 2 stars 3 at most)
When signed up for chukka i signed up for 6 excursions
the first 3 excursion with chukka were extremely disappointing, which was the atv (fun but nothing special) zip lining ocean view (not fun not special, and the staff will intimidate you in order to tip, and they will make up an excuse not to let you finish the hammock into the water it’s just for advertising purposes apparently lol.
As much as I wanted to cancel The second day i couldn’t because it was a no cancelation policy.
Decided to make the most out of it did horse back riding into the ocean (very fun)
Did zip lining in the jungle (wow! Extremely fun but staff was rude about the tip, I gave all my money to the water tubing and asked him to share it with the zip lining crew. And they still had the audacity to come in my face Infront of everyone and ask for more then the $20 I gave them)
Tubbing was amazing and teaspoon and shriek did an amazing job!
Then we did dolphins with them the royal package was amazing and unbelievable.
But ultimately chukka needs to train staff to not directly ask someone to tip. I understand announcing that you make your money of tips and I love showing appreciation but to try to intimidate me and walk up on me and make it a public announcement about me Infront of everyone. It’s literally one of the most unprofessional excursion companies ever. Never doing anything with these guys again
But this last experience in the river tubing and zip lining in the jungle was definitely still 5 stars

This was a super exciting excursion. The zip line guides are hilarious and high energy. While walking between zips, they shared the history of Jamaica and the surrounding area where we were zip lining. Jon, Cher, and Jimmy were our guides. They kept us safe throughout our adventure in the forest canopy.

For our first time zip lining both Naizar and Carlos made the experience one to remember. They made us feel very comfortable and safe

This was my first doing zip lining. I was really nervous at first but the guides made sure the experience was awesome! I would recommend everyone book this activity. It was really fun!

We had a great time at the zip line and tubing at Montpellier ! John, Rayon and Shrek were fun, informative and overall great guides! Would definitely recommend this to friends visiting Jamaica!
