10/10 !!!! I can’t thank Gio and Omar enough for their energy and support through the Zipling experience. It was my mothers first time ziplining, and my first time in a few years so they explained everything clearly and were cheering us on along the way. We felt extremely safe during the entire experience and shared a bunch of laughs.
While I don’t remember their names, the two gentlemen that assisted my group during the water rafting were also amazing. They allowed us the opportunity to do some swimming in the shallow waters and provided a bunch of history about the land we were on. We were in a group with a younger child and they ensured that he remained safe and kept a smile on the entire trip. I couldn’t help but think about my younger nephews and how much they would have enjoyed the experience.
The rum tasting was definitely an experience in itself, since the land that we were on previously produced rum, I enjoyed hearing the history and the process of the rum production. Each rum we tried (3) had its own individual flavor notes and watch out for the 12 year aged one!
I will mention that check in is a bit of a doozey, since we are up in the jungle and need to sign waivers, it takes a bit of time since the service is limited. WiFi is offered for free but can still tend to take a while. Aside from this, everything was great!
I can’t wait to go back and cannot recommend the experience enough! I’m very thankful to have had some amazing guides throughout the way and hope to see them again when I return.

Amazing views, great food and drinks. They had a good selection of souvenirs. The Zipline was thrilling and the tube ride with Owen was relaxing and full of tidbits on the local flora and fauna. The rum expert explained the process of creating as well as the notes to pick up in the different ages of rum sampled.

The good :
1. Staff is very friendly.
2. Locker and Shower facilities are good
3. Transport is good.
4. We did zip line and river tubing. Both had very friendly and helpful guides. We felt safe all the time. They wanted to make sure, we had a good time.
Whats average :
1. Zip line location is a typical forest and is not like you are zip lining an amazing scenic place.
2. River where river tubing takes place didnt really have a current. Guide has to connect all the tubes and rows us down the river. The place is ok.

We went zip lining today as a family and had the best time. The guides (I hope these names are correct) Kirk, DeShawn and Paul were so fun at the same time made everyone feel safe. The experience was very enjoyable and would recommend the zip lining excursion to anyone who has a stop in Jamaica. From the guy with the S on his chest

The ziplines were a lot of fun. Lavon, Kirk and Keno were great. They kept us safe and kept things lively. The ziplines werent as high as I have seen other places, but they seemed a bit longer and our group enjoyed it. I could see this being a great place to do ziplines for the first time.
The River tubing was a complete bust. Essentially, they tied all of the tubes together and then the guide pulls the whole train down the river, which is ankle deep in most cases. If he didnt pull you, you would be beached on the bottom. It was not fault of our guide, but this was not a good use of time. We got to see some pretty sites, but I would not consider this river tubing. There was no current. They shouldnt even offer this during the dry season. The guide worked his butt off.
The tasting was ok.

This is a great spot! It's located just a little ways inland, in the beautiful rolling hills of the north coast. The people who work here are absolutely wonderful, kind, and fun! We only joined for ziplining and it was great for people afraid of heights. There are about 5 jumps and they take you through the beautiful forests, over the river, and even between the two trunks of one split tree! We had Giovanni and Orville as our guides, they were very good at their jobs. Safety was number one, and also taught us us about some Jamaican history, wildlife, and vegetation. Great experience!

Book this as an extra on our crusie. Loved this place. Never done a zipline but Tameka and Fitz we amazing. They were helpful when my mom had a freak out over heights. Tameka was very informative abut the history of the plantation.
Did the rivertubing as well, President and Palmer were so funny and made the experience so enjoyed.
Had a beautiful pool area and was able to try some really amazing food.
Amazing staff and beautiful location. I cant wait to return again.

Did the Zipline excursion via MSC Cruise Line. Short drive to Chukka.
Property was beautiful and has something for everyone.
Our guides were great! Keno and (I'm so sorry can't remember his name, but he's pictured below). They explained the safety rules and made sure everyone was comfortable at all times.
The pool area was relaxing. Can walk up the 'waterfall' to an area to jump into a 7' pool.
Rum punch was nice and strong.
Food is also available for purchase too.
Bus departs every hour to return to port.

Zip lines were great! Jermaine and Coby were amazing guides! They made it entertaining and enjoyable. There are only 5 lines but they are all fun! They share information about the area and engage with clients.
The river tour was a lot of fun! I forget our guides name but he was hilarious! The river was a little slow because the water level was low but that’s Mother Nature not the park itself.
The staff in at the bar and cash register in the gift shop were not very friendly. Monique never smiled or seemed interested in what we were asking. I work in the customer service industry and I can honestly say, they were the low point of the experience.

The trip started horribly, at the hotel we're advised to be ready in the lobby by 8.15am didn't get picked up until 9.40am. And all of this could have been avoided with better communication. Finally we were rounded up in a van so small I had to sit squashed in the car with my son in lap. After a 30+ min journey I got there and everything changed. The whole experience only gets a 4/5 because of the hospitality and friendliness of our two amazing workers here that helped us out. Both Levone and Wayne (Zipline) are fun and knowledgeable. Tip thwse guys they know their stuff.
