Our driver was prompt, he helped us with our luggage. His van was clean and comfortable. We had a nice ride from the airport to our hotel. We told him our other 2 children had booked him for their flight as well and he said yes he was going to get them next. Everything was great! Highly recommend.

when booking this service through Viator, you get inundated with emails from Viator. I received emails about doing other things, notifying it was coming up soon, a barrage of after service survey emails and it is just ridiculous. The next time i am just gonna grab an uber or taxi and prevent being inundated with the emails.

Our Driver Was very polite and attentive. He gave us tidbits of information along the way back to the hotel from the airport and made us feel welcome in the city of Athens, Greece!

Our flight information was provided when booked. Our flight was delayed for two hours due to weather. Upon arrival I messaged Athen Transfer twice upon arrival no reply. I called three times no answer. Viator was contacted via WhatsApp. They advised they were there with a name on a sign. They even contacted Athen Transfer with no answer. Asked for a refund we were denied. Terrible experience!!!

The driver met me just outside the baggage claim area. He was there waiting eventhough my flight arrived late. Traffic was terrible at my arrival time; 1700. He got me to my hotel a little after 1800. I would use this service again.

When we arrived from Santorini to Athens the driver called to say he was waiting for us. Great! Unfortunately, our bags and everyone else’s were delayed coming off of the plane. I received another call from the driver telling me to talk to someone because he had been waiting for us for an hour. It was as if he didn’t understand that we had been waiting too and that it was not our fault, the entire plane was waiting. I apologized to him repeatedly, but he still wanted me to do something to get my bags, which were not on the conveyer belt yet. When we got our bags we went out to meet the driver, he was not very pleasant. Of the many drivers we had on this vacation, he was the only one not to help us with our bags. I understand he was frustrated with waiting, but, there was nothing we could do.
