We had very limited time to spend in Charleston and on our one evening available, we stumbled upon this carriage tour. We managed to get on their last tour of the day and were thoroughly educated and entertained by our very experienced guide!
The young lady that booked us in was also very knowledgeable and friendly!

we had done another carriage ride. We asked how different this ride was from that ride and were told it was totally different. well, that was incorrect. It was 95% the same and we weren’t even told some of the stories we were supposed to be told. We had done an incredible bus tour of the history of charleston and he covered more of the stories than this “ghost” ride did. It wasn’t scary or haunting, it was just a waste of time and money.

For her 16th birthday our daughter wanted to go to Charleston and a haunted carriage tour was at the top of her “to do” list. We had such a great time! Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. He even had my 11 year old son engaged. We only wish it could have been a little longer. We would have loved to have seen a bit more of the city and heard a few more stories.

What a great experience! We have done the daytime tour with our family before, but wanted to try something new (and when it was a bit cooler). The guide/driver was awesome, kids loved the stories and had the right mix of history, culture and spooky for everyone.
