1. Pyramids of Giza
We start by pickup from your hotel, then Our Egyptologist tour guide will take you to The Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx which are among the most iconic and impressive ancient structures in the world. The Great Pyramid of Khufu is the largest of the three pyramids and is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The Pyramid of Khafre is slightly smaller but has a more intact pyramidion, while the Pyramid of Menkaure is the smallest but has more complex internal structures. The Sphinx, a giant limestone statue of a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human, stands nearby and is believed to have been built during the reign of Khafre. You will marvel at the incredible feats of engineering and construction that allowed the ancient Egyptians to build such monumental structures, and learn about the culture and beliefs of this fascinating civilization. (Entering the pyramids from inside requires an extra ticket).
2. Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu)
The Great Pyramid of Giza is one of the most famous and impressive ancient structures in the world. It is located on the Giza Plateau near Cairo, Egypt and is believed to have been constructed as a tomb for the pharaoh Khufu, who ruled during the Fourth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom period of ancient Egypt. The pyramid was built using an estimated 2.3 million stone blocks, each weighing between 2 and 80 tons, and is estimated to have taken around 20 years to complete. It originally stood at a height of 146 meters (481 feet), although erosion and the removal of its outer casing stones have reduced its height to around 138 meters (453 feet) today. The pyramid's internal structure is just as impressive as its exterior. It contains three main chambers: the King's Chamber, the Queen's Chamber, and the Subterranean Chamber. The King's Chamber, located in the heart of the pyramid, contains an empty sarcophagus and is thought to have been the final resting place of Khufu's mummified body.
3. Khafre's Pyramid
The Pyramid of Khafre is the second-largest of the three pyramids at the Giza Necropolis in Egypt, and it was built during the Fourth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom period, around 2500 BC. It is located just to the south-west of the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the largest of the three pyramids. The Pyramid of Khafre was originally 143.5 meters (471 feet) tall, with a base of approximately 215 meters (705 feet) on each side. Today, the pyramid stands at a height of 136 meters (446 feet). It was built using similar construction techniques as the Great Pyramid of Khufu, with large limestone blocks weighing up to 10 tons each. The interior of the pyramid consists of a descending corridor that leads to an antechamber, a burial chamber, and a subterranean chamber. Unlike the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre still retains some of its original casing stones at the top of the pyramid, which give it a distinctive appearance.
4. Menkaure Pyramid
Pass by The Pyramid of Menkaure is the smallest of the three main pyramids at Giza. It was built for Pharaoh Menkaure during the Fourth Dynasty of the Old Kingdom. It stands approximately 65 meters tall with a base measuring 102 meters on each side. The pyramid was originally covered in smooth Tura limestone, but much of it has been removed over time. Inside, there are three chambers designed to hold the Pharaoh's sarcophagus and funerary equipment. The pyramid was built with granite blocks at its base, which is unique. The complex includes smaller pyramids for Menkaure's queens, a mortuary temple, a causeway, and a valley temple. Visitors can explore the exterior of the pyramid and the complex as part of a guided tour of the Giza Plateau.
5. Great Sphinx
One of the most famous features of the Pyramid of Khafre is the Sphinx, a large limestone statue of a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human. The Sphinx is located just to the east of the pyramid and is thought to have been built during the reign of Khafre.
6. Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids
After the visit to the Pyramids of Giza, our next stop is Saqqara which is an ancient necropolis located about 30 kilometers south of Cairo, Egypt. It is home to several pyramids, tombs, and temples, including the famous Step Pyramid of Djoser. During the visit you will see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, Pyramids of Teti, Tombs of the nobles.
7. Memphis and Sakkara
Our last stop after lunch is Memphis, which was the ancient capital of Egypt and is located about 20 kilometers south of Cairo. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to several important archaeological sites and monuments. In Memphis you will see the Statue of Ramses II, the open air museum, the Alabaster Statue of Sphinx. After the tour ends, you will drive back to your hotel or desired location.

I was traveling to Cairo for a wedding and planned a day tour. I found 9 Pyramids Tours. They reached out to me via WhatsApp to confirm my tour and inquired about my transportation to my hotel from the airport. 9 Pyramids Tour was available to set that up for me as well. The tour was amazing and the tour guide Sarah was the best!!! Sarah took the best photos and was very knowledgeable and thorough as she shared the history of the pyramids. I really enjoyed my day with Sarah and our driver GoGo. The lunch was exceptional too.

We accidentally booked on the wrong day and they made an arrangement for us last minute. We had the most incredible day visiting Giza, Memphis and Saqqara. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and took us to come of the best spots to take photos. Truly appreciative for such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I honestly don’t believe there are words to describe how amazing this tour was, it exceeded my expectations. Sara is incredibly knowledgeable, her English is so good and she makes sure you have a great time, not only is her personality so bubbly and friendly but she is the best photographer, she knows all the best spots for pictures and she is an overall well rounded person giving details and explanations for everything, I typically have questions..but with Sara she covered everything without me having to ask anything…book with Sara! You won’t regret it!

The tour was amazing ! Eslam is a super nice person, very friendly and warm hearted. He has super much knowledge and enthusiasm. I learned more about egypt than I have expected. Eslam does not feel like out tour guide but like our friend !

Egypt is an amazing country, and it was a memorable experience. I do not have words to express the incredible warmth and hospitality of Eslam and his entire team. From the moment we landed at Cairo till we boarded our flight back to the US, Eslam handled every aspect of our travel. We were an extended family of eight people, across three generations. We had kids under 10 years-old and two in the group were senior citizens needing wheelchair assistance. Eslam, Sara and Karim (our driver) made us feel at home every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe. We spent three days with them - our itinerary included the Pyramids at Giza, the ruins at Memphis, a day trip to Alexandria, Khalil market and the Cairo museum - and everything went without a hitch. Their knowledge of history was impressive, and planning was meticulous. All the days we were traveling, they also arranged memorable lunches - amazing seafood by the Mediterranean at Alexandria, traditional Egyptian Grill on the way to Memphis from Giza. It was a magical experience, and we cannot wait to go back! I want to say thank you to Eslam and his team for making our visit to Egypt a memory we will cherish forever.

Our guide Sara was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. It felt she was a long time friend. We had other guides in other cities, but no one matched the experience Sara gave us. We traveled with 2 kids and even they felt so comfortable with her. She made sure they understood the history and engaged them so well. Would highly recommend her!!!

I messaged this tour company the night before I wanted to the do the tour. Meaning they had less than a day to organize. To my surprise they did! Also they organized it to my particular request of places I wanted to go. I enjoyed the day with Bassem and driver (forgot name). Also thank you Youssef for organizing last minute and giving me some exactly what i wanted along with amazing pictures.

I had a wonderful time on this tour! I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Egypt.

First of all, I want to commend the operations team for their professionalism and efficiency. They were very responsive to my emails and answered all of my questions promptly. This made the booking process very smooth and stress-free.

On the day of the tour, our guide JOE was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history and culture, and he made the tour incredibly informative and enjoyable. He was also very friendly and accommodating, and he went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time.

We visited the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, Memphis, and Saqqara. JOE gave us a detailed overview of each site, and he answered all of our questions patiently. He also took us to some lesser-known spots that were really interesting.

Overall, I had an incredible day on this tour. JOE was a fantastic guide, and the operations team was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn more about Egyptian history and culture.

Visiting the Pyramids of Giza was a dream come true. The aura of those ancient kings still lingers around these colossal structures. The Sphinx, a true guardian of secrets, left me in awe.

Saqqara was a gem to explore, and our 'King' guide provided insights into the Step Pyramid of Djoser that truly enriched the experience.

Lastly, Memphis, the city of pharaohs, was captivating. I felt like I was walking in the footsteps of kings.
