Robert was an amazing driver and tour guide. He drove us to some truly amazing views around the area and gave us many recommendations for places to visit and eat in Old Town Dubrovnik. Ask for Robert, you will never regret it! He was very friendly and enthusiastic and had a vast knowledge of the history of the area. 5 Stars!

Not only is he an authentic native Croatian, but he is friendly, considerate, interesting, generous, thoughtful, respectful and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Croatia and gives a new meaning to the tour of the land that proved to be a “one of a kind”experience that is second to none!

By the way, We had no intention of taking a tour in the beginning but his carasmatic elevator pitch won over our hearts and trust. And our intuitions did not disappoint!

We learned about the rich history of the land, and the indigenous foods and locations that were surprisingly eye opening and uber interesting to listen to! Especially when he talked about the French soldier that risked his life to come to Croatia to fight for the Croatian Republic and won! As he spoke of the triumphant events of the war, you could see the deep goosebumps in his skin as he recollects the stories.

He even went above and beyond the call of duty by taking our pictures in remote, strategic locations all around Dubrovnik quickly and easily in the most incredible spots and views we’ve ever witnessed (see his amazing work attached).

After our tour, he generously recommended the best foods and locations to visit while opening and closing our doors each time we visited a location —-taking his time —-no rushing, and never making us feel like it was a burden or chore. He even gave us his phone number to retrieve us from beach and bring us back to the boat at no extra charge. Super impressed is an understatement.

I’m am writing this 5-star review (and if I could give 10 stars I would) because I found him to be exceptionally special, sweet and kind and I recommend him to all my friends and family and anyone visiting this magical and unbelievably beautiful place, Dubrovnik, Croatia 🇭🇷

He truly made our experience one that we will never forget! God broke the mold when he made this one! Truly this was the best private guided tour experience of our lives! #longlivecroatia
