Driver was prompt, communication was excellent. Streets were closed around hotel, but drive found a way to get us to our hotel in a roundabout way. Great job, Carlos!

Our driver was waiting for us, we arrived earlier than scheduled. He helped us with our luggage, offered us a bottle of water, gave us tips, and even helped us find the entrance to the Mercer Hotel. Fantastic service, seamless, would highly recommend!! Deborah
