Private Transfer From Cancun Airport - Tulum

We contracted the service through the reservation of the Bahia Principe hotel. It seemed like an excessive price to us but since they told us that there were no taxis it was necessary to hire one. Not only did they charge us a large amount of money, almost triple what a taxi cost, but even though they have your travel itinerary, they have your time as they please. It was a big scam.
They came to pick us up at the hotel an hour later than we arrived. And to return they looked for us 6 hours before, without the possibility of changing the schedule, since neither by email, nor by calling, nor in person at the hotel did they take care of the situation. Not only did we lose time on our vacation, but we arrived at the airport 5 hours before the flight, having to wait two hours with children in the hall for the windows to open to check in. A SHAME, A SCAM AND INCONSIDERATE.

Terrible company guys, please avoid at all cost. Never got picked up at the tulum air port. Waited 2 hours emailed them and called and they never replied and gave me the run a round. Spoke to their representative here in the hotel Bahia principle Aldo and Ermason and their repesonse and the effort to help is non existence please don't waste your money. Just take the Ado bus which is easier then dealing with this company

This is a horrible place and very unreliable. Read the reviews and do somewhere else.

We 1st had an issue finding them upon arrival at Cancún Airport. There are literally people begging to take you and we had to look for 30 minutes to find them. It took another 45 minutes to get the van to take us.

The best, was then not showing up at our pick up time. The transfer I confirmed 2 times at their desk inside of Tulúm.

The service is horrible. We were stranded at the airport. They had the wrong date. When we complained they said no refunds. The employees are rude.

Be careful when booking with this company!!! Read the their awful reviews, they are true!! Not only is they were slow and and the van the picked us up had no AC, the driver stole our daughter’s tablet when she left it behind. We tracked it back immediately to the driver and he had the nerve to say it was not in the van. Also the company made no effort to compensate us. I hope the driver gets fired!

We waited well over an hour at the airport for our private transfer. And in the end they made a driver take us who did not want to in a giant van for 2 people. And then on the return our private transfer never showed up and they put us on a shuttle with 15 other people so we wouldn’t miss our flight. One of the kids got car sick and puked on the bus. Repeated attempts at a refund have resulted in silence. Do not book your transfers from this company if you want a worry free experience.

Pretty close to the worst transfer experience ever. Relocated the sign holder at the airport for coming 2 transportation. The representative took us out to the transportation Island, pointed us to a spot and told us to wait here. There were about eight people in our group and we stood there for almost half an hour. Someone from coming 2 finally arrived and she escorted us to another spot and told us to wait here. About 20 minutes later someone else came over and escorted us to another spot where we waited another 30 minutes. As we were contemplating finding our own private shuttle someone finally came up and pointed us to a van. We were almost 2 hours late arriving at our hotel. On the transportation from the hotel back to the airport we just decided to pay our own service so we would be sure someone would actually be there to pick us up. When you're 3,000 miles away from home and someone demonstrates that they are not reliable you don't give them a second chance.

On the ride from the airport to the resort our driver was very nice. For some reason he stopped at a gas station and came back with three six packs of beer and handed them out to everyone on the bus. The shuttle made two stops prior to our stop and everyone got off except the two of us. We finally arrived at the Hilton and the driver showed a sign that said they really appreciate a gratuity. So after unloading my luggage I handed him $10. And he told me I owed him $30 to cover the beer. No one suggested or asked for beer on this entire trip so I couldn't understand why he was asking me to pay for beer. Anyway just to avoid conflict argument or whatever I gave him $20 and he smiled and drove away. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only will I never use this company again I would suggest if you see this name you should run. Our vacation was booked through great value vacations. Somehow they managed to screw up our whole honeymoon trip including transportation. I think partial blame lays on their company also since they partner with coming 2.
This is the kind of thing that gives destinations a bad reputation. This driver straight out ripped us off. I've only had this type of experience happen once before. But it should never happen.

The drivers were extremely unsafe & we almost wrecked into other vehicles at least 3 times. They couldn’t find our address to drop us off. Also abandoned one of our friends at the airport whose flight was delayed. She was a lone female & landed at night. The driver didn’t want to wait in traffic even though he had no one else to pick up & we offered to pay more for his time. Our friend had to pay $200 for a cab to Tulum.

Our flight landed in cancun at 11:40am & they had us waiting in theRAIN. We got to the resort at 5pm

They were over 1.5 hours late from the pickup time. Throughout the entire process, they did not communicate effectively at all. We had to talk to multiple people to try and figure out what happened to our shuttle.
