We booked and paid in advance for the transfer from the airport to our hotel Bahia Principe Akumal.
Upon arrival they made us wait to collect our luggage and when we left the airport there was no one waiting for us. We called the toll-free number but no one answered. We were forced to take a taxi which we paid $275. When we arrived at the hotel we asked to speak to a manager and no one showed up. Their manager, a certain Omar, made us write what had happened in vain. No one apologized or compensated for the transfer. Don't book with them they are not serious and not at all helpful.

We were given very detailed instructions on how to find the Coming2 rep, very easy to find. Our plane was 45 minutes late landing and they still got us a shuttle very quickly. Driver was very helpful in getting us checked into our place as there was no one at the office when we arrived. We needed to be picked up at 2:50 am to return to the airport the driver was right on time. I would definitely use this company again.
