I arrived a little earlier than expected and walked around the waiting area looking for them. They actually spotted me, approached me, and confirmed my name with me. I waited about 10 minutes for other guests and the van to arrive. The whole process was easy and smooth. I will book with them if I come to Cancun again.

Easy to find at airport and only short wait for other passengers. So much chaos at airport with other services (taxis, etc) trying to get your business.

Forgot to pick us up at hotel after week vacation. When contacted Ruth from this company lied to us as we were 5 left behind. Here’s the scam I feel, we were 5 to take the taxis to the airport which was $100 us per couple..
we where at the Ocean Mayan Royale. Beautiful resort and a fantastic deal …BUT… the air can rep Ruth I think was never there …no way to get in touch. Been travelling with Air Canada for over 50 years but this Coming 2 is caca ..

The Coming2 rep was hard to find with a very small "Coming2" logo on her shirt. The white van had no "Coming2" logo on it so I wasn't sure if she was just throwing me in a random van. I booked for 6pm and it took over an hour for van to arrive.

It was quick convenient and staff was friendly, easy communication. I came out the airport and representative was out there in the company outfit, he confirmed my name and directed me as where to wait on the transfer. Driver was very careful and although he spoke a little english, he was very friendly and talked on different locations on our way to playa del carmen.
