Throughout the workshop, we delve into the history of glass and mosaic lamps, as well as their significance in Turkish traditions. We also sprinkle in Turkish-specific stories and legends to enrich the experience. Guests can enjoy unlimited tea, coffee, and Turkish delights during their time with us.
All materials used in the workshop are handmade, carefully selected to bring to life one of the most colorful figures in traditional crafts: mosaic lamps.

Absolutely amazing experience! We are not artistically inclined, but the simple instructions and the help the instructors provide made it easy to make beautiful lamps. Ayşe was an incredible instructor, and we really enjoyed talking to her while we made our lamps. It was a really fun experience and we left with a great souvenir to have in our house. Highly recommend this experience to do when you’re in Goerme!

Excellent fun activity and a fun way to spend a couple of hours creating great memories. Emir was good at explaining the history of the art of making mosaic lamps. It would be a great activity for young children to create their own lamps to take home with them.

Sweet experience , never thought I’d had so much fun going to workshop while traveling but it was amazing 🤩 , I suggest going with a bunch of friends to have more fun and challenge each other 😄 , I’m glad I found the little artist in me again 😁

Emir the host was great! Very friendly and was fun to chat with about everything from travel to music to history. The lamp workshop is a great value and even someone like me who doesn’t have a single artistic cell in his body made a cool souvenir that will for sure be a conversation piece in my home!
