From the minute we booked, we could not have asked for more. The whole process was easy. We were kept informed of every little detail and were picked up on time. The driver was exceptional, he made the experience 100%.
He was so knowledgeable, he would be detailed in telling us about each animal. It was never a bother when he turned around, ready to find a certain animal. If one of us saw an animal in area, we could go searching for it.
Attention to detail was amazing. We never went back to the hotel until we had seen everything. Our driver made the whole experience 100% better and would genuinely go again.
The safari was incredible, it was a super hot weekend, thr packed lunches were lovely and filling. The evening safari was an amazing experience, the next day we spent the whole day exploring masi mara. And then the following day, we travelled back to our accommodation.
The driver was happy to take us to the airport but at last minute, he took us to our friend's house, which he didn't mind.
100% this was a once I'm a lifetime opportunity, it was breathtaking, an experience I would never forget.

A fantastic safari experience with friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and national parks and made the safari experience extremely fun and enjoyable. Excellent communication skills and reliable guides. Would highly recommend to people and would love to go on another safari with the guides again! The service was outstanding and the guides made everyone feel welcome and enormously enjoyable. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable. The guides managed to find and see 4 of the 5 Big Five (Leopard, Elephant, buffalo and lion), didn’t manage to see any black rhinos at Massi Massi but these are shy and difficult to find anyway and can be rare to see this! But did not matter did not see rhinos as on daytime game drive we saw some incredible wildlife including cheetah hunting, giraffes, hippos, zebras, hyenas, antelopes, Banded Mongoose, Bushbucks, Coke's Hartebeests, Elands, Grant's Gazelle, monkeys, Dwarf mongoose, Impalas, Thomson's Gazelles, Topis, Waterbucks, warthogs, Wildebeests, and a variety of different African Birds! Would definitely come again on safari with this company!

The safari was excellent. Albert was the best driver we could have asked for. He went above and beyond to ensure we see as many animals and we have a great experience in our safari.
Accommodation was adequate but good enough.
But Masai village wasn't anything special so that could have been left out.
But all in all, 5/5!

This trip has been amazing, I have been able to see so many things, but this was mostly thanks to my driver Jack, he was amazing he took us to all different spots around Kenya and was very very welcoming, he explained all the different things we saw very detailed and kept making us feel as comfortable as possible!

We had an amazing trip to Kenya thanks to Axis Africa and our fantastic guide Jack. From start to finish Jack was extremely accommodating and ensured we got to see and do everything we wanted. Although we were tight for time due to a missed flight, Jack advised us on the best way to fit in everything we wanted, and was adaptable when needed to be. We were very happy with the accommodation provided. It was clean and comfortable. The food provided was also very good, and we were given packed lunches every day as well as breakfast and dinner. On the tour, Jack was hugely knowledgable about everything and ensured we saw as much as possible on the safari. Overall, the tour was fantastic value for money as it really was a once in a lifetime experience. I couldn’t recommend Jack and Axis Africa more highly.
