Landed in Abu Dhabi Airport wanted a transfer to Dubai, was kept informed on Whats App, Driver also text on Whats App, was a very pleasant and hassle free service. Car was very clean and was a Lexus with leather seets.

Excellent service both from and to the airport. First time booking with the company but no complaints. Driver didn't speak English but I arrived to and from my destination on time and there was no issue with the pickup. Will use again next year.

They never showed up. We called and the calls were ignored. We texted and never got a reply. There were many vendors who tried calling to help us and they couldn't get through either.

Even though it says Istanbul, they offered us a transfer from Dubai airport to the hotel. I hired them online, where they gave me instructions that there would be someone at the Dubai airport to pick us up with a sign with our name, but there was no one waiting with a sign. It took us >30 minutes to find a driver, who made us wait again for more than 20 minutes. Finally, we went with a driver to the parking lot to look for the car, but he didn't even know where he had parked the car, until he finally put us in the car, and just as we were taking the car out of the parking lot we almost collided with a car. Very disappointed with the service. I contacted Damataxi's WhatsApp, but they told me that they were looking for the driver. They are not recommended.

Damataxi were brilliant, they were very responsive and the taxis alswyas arrived on time. They are also very reasonably priced. We used them to go from Dalaman to Fethiye and back. We would certainly use them again when we come back to Turkey.

From the moment I booked, the service from this company was exceptional! Immediate confirmation on WhatsApp with all the details needed, really friendly and informative. The transfers themselves were outstanding, directions provided on where to find them in the airport with a photo to help! The vehicles were of a high standard, comfortable, and relaxing with friendly drivers. A message the night before our return with the name of the driver, the vehicle and the Reg, there on time. The most seamless process I have encountered, a very professional service, excellent value for money, just absolutely amazing! Thank you!!!
