This tour was just right. Schedule was kept and we were back in Tokyo at a good time for dinner or other sight seeing Leslie was an amazing tour guide and super friendly. Clear communication for guests that speak Japanese, Chinese and English. Very lucky to have had 100% visibility of Mt Fuji during our tour. We selected the boat rather than the hot springs and it was a good decision.

David H Miyata was an exceptional tour guide! He shared so many facts and information in the different places we visited and was able to have a conversation wirh every member in our group in their language, he was very fluent in many different languages!
He is a joyful person and incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what he’s doing. We all had a wonderful time and he had the whole group harmonizing with each other.
He was organized and punctual and had wonderful recommendations for the entire group!

This day trip was meant to be one of the highlights during our short trip to Tokyo. However, due to some sort of communication or reservation issue, we did not get to go. I did not receive pick up location confirmation the night before via WhatsApp or email, as I was notified I would be receiving. Upon realizing this, I traveled to the general pick up location (Tokyo station) well before our 8am start time, hoping we would be directed to our bus. Once I was FINALLY able to get ahold of someone through the GoGoDay Tour agency, they let me know it was too late and the bus had left us. I booked this trip months in advance, but I would still encourage you to get confirmation a few days out to ensure you don’t end up in the same situation. The only positive is the Viator agent who helped me track down a number to get ahold of the tour agency and my prompt refund.

Tour was good. Guide should inform visitors of walk to the shrine being far up with over 400 steps. We were not informed of this important detail. We almost to the top when we realized we didn't have enough time to make it up to the shrine at Mt Fuji. If the guide had told us the amount of time it would take to go up and come back down from the shrine we could have made it a priority to go up to it right away.

David was a great tour guide! He was probably the best part about this tour. I wouldn’t recommend going during the winter months. We went on a day that a snow storm came through, so nothing was open and we couldn’t see Mount Fuji. We learned a lot though and will hopefully make it back to actually see the views one day.
