The team at Gobbi was excellent, particularly our Basque skipper Artur. Check-in was easy, and Artur gave us a great day swimming and sightseeing. Plenty of cold beverages, a snack and Artur supportive and fun. Would definitely do again.
We did have trouble communicating, not sure this was the company or Tripadviser. The chat channel Tripadviser provided never yielded responses to our inquiries, and the phone number given didn't function. We were not sure where to park, and the boat basin was under construction, which meant not knowing where to go. This did cause some stress, though we managed to find everything in the end.
