The tour to La Paz and Sloop is very worth it, what they describe on the website that you will do throughout the tour is fulfilled, the places where they take us are all very good and the food is very tasty. Recommended

The service was terrible. The website didn't tell you everything. I booked the Balandra beach and La Paz tour, a whole day tour start at 9:00 am. When i called to confirm our pick up time location, the agent name Ulises told me the pick up was 5:00 am. That's 4 hours differnce from the 9:00 am on the website. That is kind of misleading, If we knew the pick up time was 5:00 am we would not book it.
Since we booked, we agreed to Ulises to be picked up at 5:00 from our location.
We got up early and waited for our driver who did not show up. I texted Ulises he said he couldn't contact the call center to get an update from the driver because the call center was sleeping. What kind of reason was that.
We woke up earlier and the driver and call center were sleeping. I can text you my conversation to Ulises. I'd like some compensation for the terrible booking experience and missing the entire day we had planned.

Playa Balandra and Todos Santos were the best parts of the tour. We would have liked to spend more time at these and less at the second playa
