Absolutely loved the speed boat and the snorkelling,
Favio was our guide and he have good instruction and explained do’s and don’ts and was very friendly and helpful.
We did the Mayan experience at the beginning and although it was good I felt it was a bit prolonged and was more to get photos and videos for you to buy afterwards.
You could take your own photos but of course the ones that were taken were very good.
All staff were friendly and helpful.

I had an unpleasant experience with the male tour guide sporting a buzz cut and glasses. His rude demeanor was so unbearable that I left the tour two hours early. Despite my lack of experience in driving a boat, he was yelling at me and didn't even offer to help, which left me feeling belittled and frustrated.
