For airport and train station pickups, the included waiting time is 45 minutes. If there are delays that are not the responsibility of our passenger, we ask that you contact us by telephone in time, in order to be able to extend the waiting time and reschedule other trips.
We also need the flight or train number to be able to track delays or earlier arrivals.
City airport pickups are 2.5 hours prior to departure unless otherwise requested by the customer.
