The crew were incredible; they made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun, and they were so kind to my son in making sure his time there was extra special, even giving him a book about the marine life he was so interested in. We will definitely be back every time we come to PR and highly recommend to others!!!

Our trip was amazing!! Javier, John Carlos, Jonathan, David- they were all so friendly, fun, engaging, and informative. It’s so obvious they love what they do.
We saw lots of fish in the coral and the water was crystal clear. The crew was available to assist everyone no matter your skill level.
Lunch was great- the pasta salad was our fave!!
They brought us all the drinks we wanted during our time at Flamenco beach, and even helped get our bags to the beach (so they would be dry) during our free time.
This is a 10/10 experience and crew! We will definitely be back to do this again!

Shout out to the great staff on the boat. The service was great. If you have seen reefs before, the reef is average, but most are these days. However, after you snorkel, they take you to Flamenco Beach. OMG. What a beautiful beach! The sand is SO soft and the water is a lovely turquoise blue. It is a truly wonderful beach. The food and beverages on the boat itself were great. We traveled with two teenagers and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend it.

Very well organized trip. Nice ride out to Flamino Beach. It was beautiful. 3 full hours at the island. Nice lunch. Free drinks all day. Very relaxing.
Highly recommend.
Suggestion:
Add a QR code somewhere on the boat so we can tip the crew. Nobody carries cash anymore!

This was a truly magical day! Crew was fantastic and provided an amazing experience! It happened to be my birthday and I felt like a queen! The snorkeling was awesome and one of the crew was a marine biologist that gave a lot of background and information. Flamenco beach was gorgeous! All around a great experience! Any negative reviews are not likely warranted nor reflective of most people’s experiences. I would highly recommend this tour!

The most memorable was the staff on the boat were great, attended to our needs great hospitality. Very nice gentlemen but getting directions was terrible everyone was giving us the run around the lady at the front desk had awful customer service we asked her a question and looked at us like we had two heads this is why I give it 3 stars

The staff was amazing!! We had soo much fun. The literally made sure we had everything we needed! The water was beautiful and the snorkeling exceeded expectations. Do not let the couple of bad reviews deter you from booking, if the weather permits, you will have an amazing time!
