Had a wonderful day with our guide. While we were on a private tour, we did join up with another group for part of the day, which only added to the fun. Great time on the ATV's both on dirt roads and off road. The Cenote we visited was gorgeous and gave us time to explore. We had time in the small town to do shopping and a tequila tasting. This was a nice break in the middle of our hot ride! We finally wrapped up at the beach with some snorkeling. Would recommend water shoes for the snorkeling to help getting in and out of the water. 10/10 would do this adventure again!!!!

“Pick-up/Drop-off” - we arrived at the cruise port and had to walk about two blocks from/to cruise port to meet guide because tour company could not pick up/drop off at cruise port.
“Private” - tour was not just my family as expected, we had a second family of 4 with us on the tour. We enjoyed ourselves but this was not what was advertised.
ATVs - I expected each member of my family would have their own ATV. We were told there were only 5 ATVs available so with the additional family, 4 ATVs had 2 riders with 1 ATV having a single rider.
Transportation - We were told upon meeting guide that one family would have to drive themselves in the tour company vehicle because the second guide that was with us would be leaving to do a different tour. Additionally, the ask was for the family driving themselves to drive an older manual transmission vehicle that occupants needed to climb through the windows to get in and out of.
Guide - Good and knowledgeable.
Locations - Locations visited were great. Enjoyed the cenotes and tequila tasting. Beach club and snorkling were great with lots of fish in shallow areas.
Other: My 14 year old was able to drive the ATV which is what we were told by the Viator rep and what we wanted given he had experience doing so previously.
Trip was enjoyable and my family had a good time. The rating is driven by commentary above and the fact the tour did not fully live up to expectations of what was sold and promised.

Jesus did a nice job on the ATV tour and even stopped at the beach for a moment for us to check it out, the day was nice, turned out good

This was our first truly private tour with literally just my family and our tour guide. It was amazing! Our guide was very patient with us and spoke English very well. We needed to confirm our destinations at the beginning due to a misunderstanding, but the guide made it right and we were ultimately very satisfied in the end. I was with my pregnant wife and toddler, which was no problem for us on the ATV trails. Cozumel is stunning and experiencing the cenote was pretty cool. The cave had thousands of bats hanging out. I even had the opportunity to cliff jump into the cenote as well, which was a rush. I would recommend this tour for sure!
