After being picked up in Flam, we journey through the small village of Aurland and embark on one of Norway's 18 famous routes.
Our first stop is the Stegastein viewpoint, which provides an unforgettable, unobstructed panoramic view of the UNESCO-listed Aurlandsfjord from above.
Our scenic route continues over the Snowy Road (Aurlandsfjellet), during our stop and ride you will be immersed by an untouched raw landscape, where snow covers the ground for most of the year.
In Lærdal, you can explore a charming village with over 150 houses dating back to the 1700s-1800s.
The next highlight is the Borgund Stave Church, the best-preserved and most distinctive stave church, 800 years old.
On our return journey to Flam, you'll witness the contrast between the lush green Lærdal Valley and the world's longest road tunnel.
The tour is divided roughly 50/50 between scenic routes and stops

Bas was an incredible tour guide with amazing enthusiasm; he truly made the tour a wonderful experience for my family and I. I would highly recommend this tour - the itinerary is spectacular with beautiful views all around. Bas took us to all the scenic routes and made sure to give us wonderful information about all the sites we visited. Everything was well-organized all throughout and he made sure to get us back to the bus stop with much time to spare before our cruise left the port.

Passeio muito divertido! A guia Sabrina é muito simpática e sempre mantém o ambiente animado. A duração do passeio foi bem equilibrado, com tempos de paradas suficientes para aproveitar os lugares, mas sem tornar o passeio cansativo. Os pontos de parada foram perfeitos e organizados de forma lógica. Fiz este passeio pois não queria alugar carro em Flam e foi uma ótima escolha. Definitivamente vale a pena para quem quer conhecer a região de uma forma divertida e muito proveitosa!

We had a great day with Byron exploring some new wonders (for us) of Norway. This was our first real visit to Flam. We had done the railway on a different trip so we were looking for something different and unique. This excursion hit the mark. We went to the Stegastein overlook and enjoyed it without large crowds, crossed the snowy road with a waterfall stop, loved roaming around Leardal, saw the Borgund Stave Church and returned through the longest tunnel in Norway. It was a perfect day and we had plenty of time in Flam to look around through the shops when we returned. Byron was a great guide providing tips and info along the way. The stops were well timed and gave us plenty of time to see whatever we were stopping for. We commented when we finished that this was one of the best excursions we had ever taken. Thank you Byron and thank you Velkommen Norway for a fantastic day!

We had one of the best tours in our 14 days journey. Flaam is beautiful. Bas, our guide is knowledgeable, funny and very helpful. He is one of the best tour guides one can expect. We have had 15 years of travel experience around the world.

Sabrina is our tour guide and she is amazing. She is very passionate on nature and touring. She not only gives us lots of fun but also shares with us lots of history, stories, culture of Norway. This was a fantastic tour and exceeded our expectations! Sabrina, our guide, was very informative, friendly and made the trip a lot of fun. We had plenty of time to stop in several locations to walk around, take photos and explore. My teenager really enjoyed the stop up on the snow road - it was fantastic and beautiful. The bakery in Laerdal was a great recommendation for cardamom rolls and cinnamon rolls! We had a nice photo op at the Borgund stave church as well. There was never a dull moment and Sabrina had lots of stories and insights.
Highly recommend!
