Alex did an amazing job driving us from the airport to the hotel. The ride was smooth, he accommodated his music to our language (very unexpected and a great surprise). Overall highly recommend this service!

We’ve been to the Rivera many times but this was our first time staying in Tulum. Our entire experience with DLUX was great. Their website had a slight hiccup when I was booking, but their WhatsApp based agent helped me quickly and we were booked.
Great communication from the start and continued through the journey. The day period to our visit, we had a confirmation conversation and upon arrive, we had constant communication with the company and our driver.
Alex picked us up right at the bar at the airport. The easiest and smoothest transfer we’ve had from the Cancun Airport - even with a 90 minute drive ahead of us to Tulum.
Alex was great, very personable and had our champagne ready for us on arrival.
I’m hard to please and I’m very happy - will be using again!

I traveled with my friends and our service was from Cancun airport to Tulum🌴 the van was incredible and impeccable, completely worth it! In addition, the driver (Alex) offered us all the amenities, and was always very helpful, friendly and attentive to everyone, recommending many places and things to do, it was greatly appreciated. ✨
