We had a seamless journey from the Tulum airport to our hotel in Tulum city. It was easy to get in touch via WhatsApp and meeting at the airport, and Alex was a great driver!

Alex was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for us and pointed out some really neat places. We will be using him for our trip back to the airport as well.

Alex was personable, professional, and a safe driver. He wasn’t too chatty which I liked. When I had questions about the city, I was able to learn a bit about the development of Tulum w/Alex. He’s very knowledgeable.
