When we were planning our trip, my wife was looking online and had some concern because there was a lot of chatter online about the dangers of Jamaica for tourist. So we were resolved to just staying on the resort and not throwing anything else. Well I must say that we didn’t do that and we were blessed to have Dalton from Quest Transfer and Tours. He was such an outstanding human being. His vehicle was always clean and he was always prompt. His communication with us on times of arrival and even the courteous call if he was stuck in traffic meant a lot. I felt nothing but safe and secure for myself and my family. His knowledge of the island and its history was outstanding. The tours we went on such as Luminous Lagoon, Dolphins Cove, and Dunn River Falls were so enjoyable for all of my family. He even went out of his way to make dinner arrangements for our whole family of 12. The other thing he did was he never left us alone. He stayed and waited till each of our tours were over. He was our personal concierge to the island. I would highly recommend Dalton and Quest Tours and Transfers to everyone who is going to make Ochos Rios and Runaway Bay Jamaica a vacation destination. Dalton is now part of our family to the point that if he ever is in the US near us he is welcomed in our home.
