You get your tickets early. Saves the ticket line at the Pantheon. Entrance through main entrance was quick.

A good visit but tour operator didn't get there early enough, so by the time we got tickets from him and walked to the Pantheon we were 5 minutes late and a very rude staff member said to come back 2 hours later.
Great attraction, rubbish staff.

Skip the line ticket apparently means get in line with everyone (only 1 line). Audio app did not work. Ridiculous that you have to redeem your voucher to get your tickets at a complete different location then the venue you are to visit

Pantheon itself was amazing to see the historic building. The online audio guide was helpful. Process of getting the tickets were easy.

Our experience was smooth and easy. Read the instructions that we needed to get our ticket first in the location 6mins away from pantheon which we did and it all went well.
Note: just read the instructions and don’t just assume that your voucher is the ticket itself. ;)

The tour tickets have to be taken from a shop in Piazza Navano (about 5 min walk from the Pantheon). The tour is just the tickets that allows you to skip the line and hence you are on your own to understand the background of the Pantheon. If you try to get the tickets yourselves, you have to stand in line for some time although it costs only 5 euros

The skip-the-line ticket made it possible to pick up a ticket in Piazza Navona just a stone's throw away, and not wait. It was very enjoyable on a Pentecost weekend!

Price charged is more than double of normal price. Skip the line queue is longer than normal queue so not sure how practical it is.
Place is great.
Audio is only if you can download an app on your phone.

Could be clearer that you need to collect a printed ticket from visitor centre prior to entry to the Pantheon. Saw many people being turned away as all had code on our phones! Once you get inside, it’s a beautiful building. No ear phones were supplied, luckily we had our AirPods and you had to download the app, the internet signal wasn’t great so we could only use one device. Information supplied on the app was interesting.

They just sell these without knowing if you can get in. Complete waste of money. We went yesterday and couldn’t get in because ofbthe crowds. No communication from host or refund. Terrible
