We dealt with Pida who was very helpful. She was able to speak to us about our turbopass and how to book times with certain attractions because we did not realize all the attractions need to be validated with our pass we are not able to just show our turbopass. She was friendly and kind. Highly recommend to go see her at the piazza Navona touristation

Never buy from them. They sell for 64 Eur what costs 10Eur. Better to go buying the entrance in the site.

Our tour guide was excellent. We left early, not because of her, but because we had a long day and we were exhausted. We would recommend her.

It was Hard to understand the guide. What I did understand was repetitious. It’s not a location that requires a guided tour.

The meeting point wasn't convenient or necessary. They should have just had us meet at the Pantheon. The employees at the meeting point were not friendly. The woman who checked in our family of 5 had our time wrong and seemed a little confused and put-out that we were there. (I was glad I brought our paperwork. This was one of those situations where you can't get your tickets on your phone but have to show up with an annoying voucher first.) Our tour guide was then late, without apology. While we waited for her, nobody told us we had to have shoulders covered (which we knew for the Vatican, but not for the Pantheon). Even if that was an oversight on our part(?), they could have told us this before our guide arrived, since she was late. We could have taken care of this while we waited for her. Instead, after she got there and told us, my husband had to run off to get shoulder coverings for 3 of us, so he had to leave our group and find us at the Pantheon. When we got inside, plenty of other women did NOT have their shoulders covered, so that was all very frustrating. Our tour guide was difficult to understand (thick accent) and also wasn't friendly. The tour involved a lot of standing in one place, with us not learning a lot, since our guide's English wasn't great. We heard, "It is very special" about 50 times. Not only did our tour start late, but it ended about 1/2 hour early. I rated this experience a 3, but that was generous. The pros didn't outweigh the cons. We booked 9 experiences for our Italy trip, and this is the only one I wouldn't recommend. All others were amazing!

The guide spoke way too fast to make sense of her English. So we just stood in a circle inside the Pantheon for a while, which is just one large room, and tried to figure out what she was trying to tell us. They did not make clear the clothing policy either beforehand in tour description so we bought a scarf from one of the gazillion vendors hanging around outside. However when we got to go in, the entry workers weren’t enforcing the policy. Recommend to go at night as day was extremely hot and there was a huge crowd. Later seemed to be better for entry timing.
