We waited unnecessarily for 1.5 hours. Initially the operator said the wait was 10-15 mins since we had to wait for other passengers. He kept telling us this until we almost dropped out and took a private taxi. Then , the van magically appeared. It’s not worth it. Just go a get a private transportation

This operator is HORRIBLE!!!!! ....AND I MEAN HORRIBLE!!!! Upon booking I provided the operator with my flight number. My flight was delayed 2-3 hours due to mechanical issues. When I got there the representative said there was noone there to provide my transportation. I had to pay extra to get a private taxi. If I could give these people negative stars I would do so. Upon trying to get a refund they said that since I was not there at my scheduled time they could not help me. I nnormally do not write reviews but I thought this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism deserved me warning my fellow travelers. If you still book aftder reading my review then that is on you!

This was one of the worst transportation services I have ever Booked.
The moment my plane landed I received messages asking if my flight arrived.
I had already provided my flight information when I booked the transportation.
Each message said that I would have to wait 45-60 minutes from the time I met the driver. But if I didn’t want to wait I could pay an additional $25 for a private driver. I received at lest five messages while navigating the immigration line a luggage pickup.
When we finally reached the driver she asked if we wanted a private driver.
I told her no and she looked at her watch and said “ Your hour starts now”.When asked her if we were waiting for other scheduled travelers or random passengers she said she would ask her boss 15 minutes later a diver was there.
On the scheduled transportation back we were told we would be picked up at 11:00 AM despite our flight was scheduled to depart at 5;00 PM.
The day we were scheduled to leave I contacted the transportation agency to cancel the pick up.
I was there told that the driver was going to come anyway and if we weren’t there I would be marked as NO SHOW,
The company was very unreliable and only interested in seeing how much more they can charge customers.

I used this service back in Feb 2022 for myself & one other. The company contacted me ahead of time but their text went to my spam so I never saw it. Luckily they also messaged me on TA as well so they were able to get my pickup info. When you land in Cancun the airport is very hectic, there's a lot of people. This service was patient with me and eventually we found each other after a few back & forth calls, they gave me no trouble about the delay & we were on our way. The driver gave us authentic tequila shots, it was a very welcoming experience to Mexico, & very on brand for the culture! I am planning another trip to Mexico & will happily book again. They are easy to understand, trustworthy, & have the best price and reliability for an airport transfer.

Before you book, keep in mind that you will have to wait outside the airport under the sun waiting for other passengers. So plan accordingly with that, that is not the reason for the low rating. On our way to Cancun, not sure if the drive was not prepared or did not pay attention but he missed a passengers exit and then swerved to turn around, causing the van to get rear ended. We then had to wait on the side of the road for 45 minutes for another transpiration van. A service that should’ve lasted about an hour took about 2 1/2. Best part, we were not offered a partial refund or anything. Crazy.

Be prepared to wait when going from airport to your Hotel; which since not private I understand to an extent. It was just longer than we expected. After being dropped off I asked driver if it would be an issue getting from our hotel to airport (the round trip we paid for), and he said sure even though earlier in AM. Day before our flight (bc I initiated conversation) they said that I would need to change to private transportation for an additional $55! No thanks!!! Anyway, I had to scramble for a ride the next day.
