I was extremely excited about this trip! The trip was so unorganized!! It took us over 3 hours to get to our first destination! When arriving to our first destinations we took pictures and that was it! We were not about to swim in the cenote. Leaving there we were told it will be about 50 min to get to our next destination! We arrived and told we will be having a welcoming ceremony! Nice ceremony but I was robbed and charged 1,700 DOLLARS!! For a stone!! I didn’t not understand what the man told me and they charged me 1,700 dollars!! I was furious!!!!! Even tho I requested a refund my day was already horrible from over 4 hour drive!! Than we had the buffet! The food was terrible! Than we had to get in the van again and take another 1 hour drive to the next destination! It was just so unorganized and rushed! When we had the opportunity to get into the last cenote we had a few min and we had to rush to back to the van! We couldn’t even enjoy the moment! Finally once we started heading back to the hotel which took about 3 hour drive!! The car was over heating throughout our trip so the driver had to make small stops to add water! Finally we arrived like 9:30pm!! And the driver was able to drop me and my family off at our hotel where we payed to get picked up and dropped off at our hotel! He left us 2 blocks from hotel because the van was over heating!!! Don’t get me wrong the driver was super attentive and did his job but the way the trip was organized it was horrible!!! I am highly disappointed in this trip!!!!

Unfriendly, disorganized, unclear explanations, only Spanish was used throughout the process, I do not recommend this group!

It was a nice tour covering a lot of famous attraction, although it may a little bit rush. But it was acceptable considering the transportation. Our guide Ave is really knowledgeable with sense of humorous. And the cold drink was provided all the way timely.

Yamevi travel was organized and on time. I’d like to commend our guides Hector and his assistant Jennifer as well as the driver.
The cenotes included in the tour are beautiful and a must see whenever you’re in Cancun. (Suytun and Ik-il)
Also, the tour will take treat you for a sumptuous and authentic Mexican lunch with performances. Drinks are free during the travel as well as tons of information and ideas about the places you will visit. It’s worth it.

This was definitely a rushed tour. My mom and I felt that we had very little time at each destination. The tour wasn’t very English friendly, which wasn’t an issue for me, but my mom doesn’t speak any Spanish, so it was very difficult for her to keep up without constant translation. The experiences felt very rushed. We waited an hour at Suytun and then got really blurry photos because they were rushed. I would definitely recommend going with a different group if you are English natives, and would like a more thorough experience.

No memorable moments because they never came to pick me up from my hotel. Just took my money! I called and they acted like they didn’t speak English at all then ignored me

The tour was okay okay. They spent too much time during the lunch time around 1 hour and 50 minutes which took the time at the chichen itza and we only got the time of around 1 hour and 30 minutes other tours offer 2 hours and 15 minutes . It was also draining with all the heat in the afternoon that too after the lunch .
If they would have chichen itza as the first stop, it would have been better as we have more energy to roam around and understand more about the one of the seven wonders of the world .
Tour crew were good , they handed out water bottles, sandwiches ( which we did not take as we were vegetarian) and sweet buns at the end of tour. They also offered some beers if you want to enjoy it .
We left from hotel at 7.25 am and were back by 9.40 pm , so it is long tour .

Very nice experience at the cenote and comfortable vehicle. I would appreciate more time spent at Chichen Itza but the tour is already packed with activities. Cenote Suytun is only a photo op, but that is enough for me. Highly recommended.

The rate for the places we visited would be 5 stars but in average with the rest it drops to 3. In total 13 hours of tour but A LOT of them traveling reducing the time on the sites to the minimum. The tour guide Ave was very talk active and he spoke fluently Spanish and English, he gave us an insane time schedule that we should have been robots to follow it, counting every single minute and making feel us guilty for the delays and spoilt a bit the mood of the experience, the true is a late departure caused the delay. The more the tour was going on the little time was allowed on each sites.
We were supposed to be in Ik-Kil at 3pm(according to the schedule) but we left Chichen Itza only at 3.50pm so we only had 30 minutes at the second cenote and they also told us like it was a special gift given just to them because they bring a lot of visitors there everyday.
We end up to visit Valladolid after dawn for exactly 20 minutes and we also have been told to be right on time otherwise the police would have forced the driver to depart leaving people behind if they were late, which was quite rude to be honest. I think if you have logistics problems with the parking maybe it's the case to don't offer that part of the tour and prioritise the rest. Beware they would try to sell their bio mosquito repellent but don't worry to bring and use your own as you must take the shower before to enter the cenotes anyway.
Recommended fot the sites they offer to visit but don't expect to have a relaxing day.

It was a full day of exploring. The bus trip was good however you have very limited time at each stop. Expect to rush when you go swimming because you only have 45 minutes. Bring a towel and don't fall for the $12 bug spray gimmick.
