Overall tour was okay but there could be some improvements. We booked for a hotel pickup and a van arrived to get us. There were 14 people in a small van with barely any air conditioning. We were packed like a can of sardines so if you were in the back of the van you were just hot for the almost 2 hour ride from our hotel. When we arrived at the Mayan tour they sat us down to give instructions. This is where all the hidden fees come in. They charge $6 just to rent a locker then if you’re riding ATV it’s $7 per person for the insurance. Now this is after they just dropped us off at the gift shop upon arrival to get us to buy something. The gift shop sold items that couldn’t even be used on the tour like the waterproof phone case since you aren’t allowed to take pictures anywhere. So after an hour of instructions then it was time for the zip line. The zip line had four circuits which were good. They just had some crazy staircases and a wooden hangover bridge you had to walk over that seemed unstable. After that we did the horseback riding which was only 10 minutes going around a small graveled path. We did the cenote last which was cool.. the water was very cold but once you got in it was okay. I would recommend taking off your Apple Watch because at least two people watches came off in the water and the workers had to dive quickly for it. They then fed us tacos and gave all of us three each. They were pretty good. At the end the of course wanted to upsell something so they were trying to sell the photos they took of us. They were trying to charge some ridiculous prices for the pictures until we said we didn’t want any then they lowered the price to $60 for all photos which was about 80 pictures and a few videos. They did the tequila tasting trying to sell some $90 tequila. Then they loaded us back up into the van to take us back to the hotel. The trip was over 5 hours so make sure to plan for it. I recommend bringing a few bottles of water and some snacks in case you get hungry in between activities. Overall it was a good experience.

It was good but it was way longer than expected . Supposed to be 4hrs , ended up being 8hrs . Missing my dinner reservation .

Great way to do a lot of things at once. Food was nice and authentic as well. We got a chance to zipline, horseback ride, and even swim in a cenote. Bring water shoes for the cenote and a bandana for the Atv’s!

Only cons as to why I wouldn’t come back, although the transportation is included, we had to sit for exactly 1 hour to get brought back home, & my group was just miserable waiting that whole hour & yes we’re outside of course so that’s what made it suck how we were ready to go home. Also, I got charged an extra 50 pesos for my pictures for “government fees” because I used a credit card, like wtf? They also charge $6 for lockers, you go anywhere else, lockers are included, they definitely know how to rip people pockets, like food & drinks I agree these things should cost, but a locker bro? Come on now. We had to keep constantly asking for the photographer when it was his job TO CAPTURE everyone’s moment. & the worst part, at the end, the hosts started asking for tips 🤣🤣, like pulled out his helmet & said to give if you’d like while we stood in a circle ready to go lol. That was so tacky, you don’t ask or beg for tips, it’s given by CHOICE, that moment was so weird & uncomfortable. All in all, there was a lot of waiting around for my group of 7, honestly, unorganized if you ask me.

ATV’s were fun and dusty! Be sure to wear some goggles, but if not they sell them on the site. Ziplining was exciting and the variety of lines were fun! Horseback riding was okay, it’s something to include if you’ve never ridden one before cause it was very slow paced and not long at all. The cenote was the absolute best part of my experience! It was amazing. Water was cold after a long day of activities in the heat, the caves were beautiful. All around great experience and would definitely recommend doing this tour while in Cancun and surrounding areas.
