Driver came 15 minutes late did not know where he was taking us could not tell us about any sites we saw had to ask us how to get to places, extremely disappointed. This was our one opportunity in Tokyo to see all the major sites did not take us in the right order ended up missing, the imperial Palace only got to see part of the gardens . We drove in circles instead of it being organized as I had sent them the itinerary ahead of time of everything I wanted to see. Did not see many items on list .

Perfect for family, and really good experience. Even though the trip was a half day, we did everything we would like on the list. Would highly recommend this trip and shout out to Mr. Israr for being patient and trying to reach the destinations on time.

Amazing organising by karvaan tours
We did 2nd day with same company and driver.
Such a polite and friendly driver Mr Adeel.. clean and beautiful cars. Punctual timing. flexibility and complete cooperation. He not only covered all the places and took good care of my parents who are baove 75.
The company adivsed to cover teamlabs and sky tree in evening were just perfect.
Otherwise we would have been a little confused without their guidance and service

Prompt pick up. Very helpful driver. Being shown all the highlights of Tokyo that we wished to see. Long lines as it was Golden week, but our driver was very helpful.

Our driver Ashan was polite and accommodating. More of a driver, than guide experience. Did not hesitate to retrace 2 stops when something was forgotten.

It is a good tour, in that you can set the locations you wish to see. The driver was friendly, but said he was covering for another driver that had covid. He often did not know the best way to get to the places and used his GPS. I would say, that if you take this tour, do your research and know where you want to go, as there would be no direction from the tour driver about the best sites to go. He did not know about the list of locations that was attached with the tour.

The tour was booked more than a month before, with the number of adults and our needs. We were assured all was good. Many communications were exchanged to be certain. When the driver came to our hotel, the car did not have enough seats. We were told a larger car was 30 Km out and would we wait a few hours. We agreed as what else can we do last minute. At the appointed time we were then told the large car was broken. So now our one day to see Tokyo itinerary we had planned and agreed upon was lost. What an inexcusable irresponsible company. We were refunded- but that really does not recover the loss of our precious vacation time. We also are traveling with 2 people with mobility issues and folding walkers. The van in addition to being short on seats for our group could not fit the walkers. This company as well as Viator which I often rely on for traveling abroad has greatly disappointed me. I will think twice when booking again. Finally we were told we would have a driver guide English speaking person. The short conversations we had during this fiasco did not lead me to believe we were going to have an involved guide with adequate communication skills for a tour guide.

Ahsan was a great guide and driver. Very friendly. Had a great tour of tokyo. It was raining - still he made us do all that was possible and made us comfortable

Our guide, Ahsan, was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He had a thoughtful plan for our visit to Tokyo and we were able to maximize our stops without feeling rushed. We had a nice chat along the way that helped us to better understand Japanese life and culture. Although an attraction or two were closed on Sunday, we didn't feel as if we missed out on anything critical to the tour. Ahsan allowed us ample time to shop for clothing and souvenirs as well. All in all, a fascinating and delightful day in Tokyo.
