There was a huge miscommunication!!
Tour de France was in town and several areas restricted and our tour meeting time was missed. Another tour person from a different com had to help us connect with Emotions and then finally we were connected via WhatsApp.
Was stressful, but the we were told refund of $138 for 4 people is pending. The staff tried to connect with us but the time was not to our liking.

Fael was such a joy to tour with. We aren’t art people so it was fun to have him go into the history behind the pieces. His passion for the time and his storytelling style was engaging and unique.

The Uffizi is amazing. There are many significant pieces housed there. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the museum the only improvement would be for him to talk about less things and go a little deeper on explaining the significance and connections of the renaissance agents.

The experience with TripAdvisor was very average. Arrived late, didn't show up and insistently sold his guided tour. Very expensive for the rendering. We wonder what the starving rating that TripAdvisor takes on each ticket is for.

Explorer Emotion Florence is a scammer!
I joined this tour in late April and met their guide at the designated meeting place. As stated in the package you will have to pay for the entry tickets which we happily did, their guide collected the fee and told us (together with another Japanese couple) to wait at the dog sculptures on 2nd floor for 10 mins while he returned to the meeting place to fetch 2 more visitors.
At the end, we, together with the Japanese couple, waited there for more than an hour and the guide was nowhere to be seen. Wasted precious time and our other planned tour at Palazzo Vecchio. Their customer support will just accuse you for not being there even when you have evidence you were there and other fellow visitors could verify the facts.
Don't waste your time with Explorer Emotion Florence or you will regret as much as I do.

Francesco was informative. The museum is overwhelming with art, it was great to have some insight on some of the important pieces. It was at the tail end of our Italy experience and would have better positioned early.

My tour of the Uffizi Gallery with Explorer Emotion Florence was an unparalleled experience. Rafa's passion and knowledge made each work of art even more fascinating. Fael’s passion for art, history, and the search of Truth has made him the undisputed best tour guide we have ever had the pleasure to experience. Raffa is a fantastic guide. He is very experienced, not knowing the history very well, but understand what tourist expects. I had many tour experience with guide around the world but this is the one of the best among all.
It definitively worth the money to join his tour, because it brings you to the best part of Uffizi.
When we travel half of the world, we deserve to have the best, isn't it? Then why not pay a bit more to get the best:)
