Booked in the UK before we arrived. Very easy and to the point communication via WhatsApp.. agreed a price and tour date etc. All in everything was perfect. The private car and driver was very efficient at getting us to Luxor and back. Felt very safe and looked after. Much quicker than coach / bus.. arrived Luxor and met our guide… he had an encyclopaedic knowledge of Egypt, history and the sights we went to see… we did the hot air balloon sunrise and that really was fantastic and well worth the 4am wake up!! All in all this company and its staff are 100% spot on!!! I was very happy with them.
