Hi everyone, I'm Ferdinando born and raised in Agerola, a small agricultural town on the Amalfi Coast. Since I was a child I have always cultivated a passion for cooking, together with my mother we cooked homemade and genuine dishes according to the ancient recipes of our country using ingredients grown in our organic garden.
Fresh pasta filled with local cheeses, tomato sauces and vegetables grown without using pesticides.
I started cooking at the age of 13 and the greatest satisfaction came when guests appreciated what I had cooked and told me they had never eaten so well. I started 10 years ago to convey my creativity, my passion for cooking and all the secrets for preparing tasty and genuine dishes with a cooking course.

Our host was so welcoming! Made the entire experience extremely enjoyable from cooking to eating. Great fun for our family, 2 sons 19 and 18.

You make your own dinner from scratch and get to eat it later yourself. We had an amazing day with Ferdinando and his beautiful family.

My husband and I took this cooking class while we were on an extended vacation in Italy. We enjoyed it immensely. Ferdinando was entertaining and patient with all of us novice cooks. We made Tiramisu, fettuccine, and mozzarella balls which turned into a fabulous dinner. Yes, he added to it. I highly recommend this activity. It was so much fun.

One of the best things we did during our holiday!
Fernando's enthusiasm and friendliness are the main ingredients of this cooking class. The chef follows you through each step of the recipe with kindness and is very knowledgeable.
All the products are genuine and harvested from their garden in this oasis of peace on the hill.
We highly recommend it!

Fernando Cooking School was FABULOUS! Fun, informative, and delicious. I attended another cooking school in the area but Fernando was far superior. Reasonable size class , delicious homemade wine, excellent bruschetta, appetizer, and delicious pasta, mozzarella and tiramisu we made. Highly recommend you go. A great way to spend some hours. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing experience! Me and my friend highly enjoyed this and the host was so fun and lively and explained everything very well. This was one of the highlights of the trip and you should definitely try it. The homemade wine was delicious and the cooking with music and good vibes was perfect.

I was there a few weeks ago. I stayed in Positano and I booked this class because I thought it was 20 minute from me. It was 2 hours from me. The taxi were very expensive and we felt bad for the car. The class was so basic, without the views, without animals and the food was not so fresh. We didn't go to the garden to pick the vegetables. The class was so busy with 10 person and was so noise. I will not book this experience again.

It was a fantastic cooking class and we prepared mozzarella, tagliatelle and tiramisu with the instructions of the Neapolitan chef Ferdinando and he offered us an excellent wine. The farm was fantastic and the products were very fresh and 0 km. I recommend it to everyone, it was an excellent experience which I hope to do it again soon

Was such a great day! Everyone was lovely and had a lot of fun. Was a once in a lifetime experience.
Was a little tricky to commute to from Positano so would definitely recommend leaving with a plenty of time (right near the start of the Path of the Gods so good way to return after). Other than that I couldn’t fault the experience. Would definitely recommend!

The amazing host created a fun energetic atmosphere which made each part of the lads enjoyable !! Many photo opportunities made this cooking class anunfprgettable experience!!! Would recommend to people of all ages there’s something for everyone to enjoy !
