Francesco showed us around his family’s olive grove then brought us down to the beach to his grandfathers house for a tasting of olive oil, food, and two wines. He is very knowledgeable and his family was so welcoming. The olive oil is the best we have ever tried! The wine and food pairing made for an excellent & warm experience. We highly recommend this tour.

This excursion was the highlight of our trip. Francesco and his family are so welcoming, kind and really passionate and knowledgeable about their produce. We learnt a lot and made great memories. I would definitely recommend booking this experience as part of your trip!

We spent a long weekend in Trapani and this tour was on our last afternoon, and it was such an amazing way to end our trip! It really brought together everything we had both loved about Sicily, the beautiful landscape with the olive trees, incredible food and wine and wonderful people! We both learnt a lot about growing olives and the process of creating EVOO, as well as the wine they grow! We have come away with some amazing wines and extra virgin olive oil, and it truly feels you can taste the love and care that has gone into these products! Can’t recommend it highly enough

This was a super authentic and professional experience! We first started with a visit of the olive plantage of the family where Francesco explained us everything about the whole olive oil process, farming and harvesting of olive trees etc. Afterwards we moved to the house of the family in Balestrate where his lovely parents and his wife were already waiting for us with the olive oil and wine tasting. Here we learned all about tasting the olive oil together with tasting the white and red wine which is also produced by the family. Super delicious food and a more than friendly visit at the family‘s home. It was also my girlfriend’s birthday and Francesco’s family prepared even a small surprise for her! We are looking forward to enjoy the olive oil and wine at home while remembering the good time here at Sicily!

We did the Tour as a Birthday present. Francesco showed the Olive grove and explained all the process of making the oil. The tour was amazing, the views with the olive threes were breathtaking and the tasting at his grandparents house was just the cherry on top. Really good wine, food and olive oil! Super nice typical Italian family! We would definitely recommend it and will order wine and olive oil to have it shipped home.

Wonderful walk through Francesco and his Grandfather's olive grove followed by an olive oil, wine tasting, and lunch in his Grandparents house in Belestrate. It was heartwarming to hear his enthusiasm for reimagining Italian agriculture. The olive oil and the wines were excellent and we purchased both to be shipped to us at home.

This tour was an absolute highlight of our trip to Sicily. Francesco and his family were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and generous. We learned a lot about olives and olive oil. Not to mention the food, oil, and wine were delicious! Beautiful views and a lovely way to get out of the city if you are staying in Palermo. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our visit. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great experience. Francisco was friendly and gave us a lot of information about olive groves and how to recognize excellent EVOO. The highlight was spending time with Francisco’s grandparents at their home for a wine and EVOO tasting.
