Audio Guide did not function properly. I had to find a local guide for the tour. Also, make sure you have access to the Palace. This audio guide ticket does not have the access to the palace. You can only reserve access the sites on Al Hambra and find a local guide at the entrance. I paid additional $140 to hire a guide.

This ticket doesn’t give access to the Alhambra palace (Palacios Nazaries) as it suggests. The official ticket office sells this ticket for less than 11€.

We booked and purchased the tickets a month in advance. Then a few days before the visit we were asked to change the day of the visit. When I suggested other dates they were ignored. I only got confirmation the day before and in the early hours on the day of the visit today we actually get the tickets. So until then didn’t even know if we could get admittance. Seems like a scam. The tickets were twice as much as booking direct.

This is an overpriced tour so not book it
Entry to the Alhambra is only 18 euros so book the visit through the website direct and not through trip advisor
The trip said that an audio guide was included that was not the case the only audio guide was on your mobile phone which you need to use mobile data to access which when abroad incurs further payments

The Alhambra is amazing, however, I booked tickets for 10:00 AM and the confirmation showed a 10:00 AM entrance time, but once the tickets arrived via What's App, the entry time for the palace was 4:30 PM for two of yhe tickets and 5:00 PM for the second two tickets. I would have planned My day VERY differently had I known.

Highly recommend this experience with the beautiful gardens. Alhambra Palace. Audio Tour was excellent.
Take your ID passport with you. Highly recommended beautiful location for a special experience in Grenada.

The only good thing was that we had booked at all! There were quite a few people at the entrance who were not allowed to enter the Alhambra and the grounds without booking tickets in advance. There were no day tickets and that is probably always the case!
Unfortunately, the Nasrid Palace was mentioned in the booking or beforehand, but after booking we were told that it was not included! Very questionable!
All in all, an expensive affair, at €78 per person.
By the way, even locals have problems getting tickets!
Overall, it is overcrowded, and that in the off-season!
Make sure you have enough data volume for the audio guide

Everything is very correct and easy, the audio guide is recommended since you can see the Alhambra at your own pace. It is true that your ticket arrives a day early.

We were so lucky to find this available. Tickets for the Alhambra are impossible to get unless you book them well in advance. After a hectic search I found this and it worked well. Really good instructions on how to go too. We were pleased.
