Sandys Supper Club's cooking class was founded with the belief that we can provide an intimate dining service to those living on or visiting the island. It’s about bringing the dining experience to the guest.
We source all of our food locally within the Hawaiian islands, spending a significant amount of time working with local farms to source the product for your event.
Our menu is about celebrating the fish, meat, produce & tropical fruit of Kauai. Each menu is carefully crafted to the guests needs.
Ultimately our hope is that real local food prepared with love and intention can be celebrated. The philosophy at Sandys Supper Club is to treat both our guests and food with respect.

Andy gave us an unforgettable dining experience while our family was in Kauai on vacation. His years of culinary experience in education was a treat to watch and made us all wish we had that talent. Thank you Andy for the amazing food and incredible service! Can’t wait to do it again.

Andy does an excellent job of balancing creative flavors and classics. At our meal, the creative flavor was a delicious ice cream with a Hawaiian fruit that I had never heard of. The classic was perfectly cooked local fish, served simply with herbs and lemon. While he cooked some delicious sides too, those two dishes stood out to me and showed his range as a chef. He was also engaging and knowledgeable when I wanted to learn what he was doing. Dinner with Andy was a great experience and I'll definitely have him cook for me again.

Chef Andy is truly amazing. He catered dinner for my friends and me, all of the food was local and super fresh. The menu was creative, presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had an amazing experience working with Andy! I lived in NY for 8 years and am very particular about food. Andy was great to work with, very positive and had amazing customer service. We have a child and Andy did a great job providing interesting food for the adults and delicious, more basic food for the kids. We had amazing Ahi poke with puffed root chips and I loved the sorbet with mango meringue! Everything was fresh and he really cared about where he sourced his food from. Would definitely hire him again next time we are on the island.

My experience with Chef Andy and Sandy's Supper Club was absolutely exceptional! From start to finish, Chef Andy created a dining experience that went above and beyond all expectations.
He took the time to understand our preferences and dietary restrictions, and he crafted a multi-course meal that perfectly captured the essence of Kauai's local cuisine.
Not only was the food delicious, but the entire experience was also made special by Chef Andy's warm and personable nature. He engaged with us throughout the meal, sharing stories about the dishes and the ingredients, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.
If you're visiting Kauai and want to make your trip extra special, I cannot recommend Sandy's Supper Club and Chef Andy enough. His culinary skills and genuine warmth will undoubtedly create memories that will last a lifetime. I'm already looking forward to the next opportunity to have Chef Andy cook for us again!

I booked a cooking class with Andy for my family and it was the highlight of our trip! All of his ingredients were locally sourced and organic. It was incredible to learn more about the local agriculture on kauai.
Andy was so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He prepared an incredible interactive meal. We had a beautiful green salad, poke with homemade tarp chips, brick chicken, deep water prawns and homemade sapote ice cream. We learned so many fun new techniques for cooking that I can’t wait to try at home! Best meal of our trip. Highly recommend!

Chef Andy was wonderful. He was very accommodating and created a perfect menu for our family with kids and adults. We had him demo rolling sushi, then each of us made our own sushi roll, even the 6-year old made her own roll. This is experience was really fun for all of us. Chef Andy prepared tempura as we were creating and eating our sushi. The tempura Kale was outstanding. The rest of meal was a fantastic beet salad, onion tart, and ribeye steak. The dessert was homemade chocolate ice cream with fruit. It was a hit with the kids. Chef Andy uses the great ingredients. He was entertaining as well as an excellent cook. Everyone in the family enjoyed the event it went beyond just a meal.
