Do you love Italian pasta and Italian desserts? Cant choose what you like more but always wanted to try to make both? Well come and join us and learn how to make Italian dishes, both pasta and dolce tiramisu.
Join a local chef Alfons and a group of enthusiastic group of fun people to learn how to make real Italian dishes in a fun restaurant in the centre of Rome. You will first learn how to make the tiramisu which is the most loved dolce (Italian dessert). After that – we will move to make our own fettuccini pasta from egg and flour – you will first make the dough and then learn how to cut the pasta in different shapes. Finally, you get to choose the sauce -Amatriciana, cacio e pepe or just tomato and basil pasta!
Now of course, you will not only make the pasta and tiramisu! You will get to eat it with a great glass of local wine (white or red) or a soft drink, your choice! Limoncello in the end!

Incredible class by Alfons, really fun and learnt a lot of interesting facts about the food of Italy. I would heavily recommend to anyone coming to Rome to visit here, especially if Alfons is running the cooking class 😊

We absolutely loved this cooking class. The pasta and tirramasu we made were absolutely delicious (best pasta we ate in Rome!) and the class was great fun. Only a small class so the chef pays high attention to all of us. We then sat out at the restraunt afterwards to enjoy the meals we made. Absolutely reccomend this !

It was fun!! First time making tiramisu and pasta! Plenty of food. Comes with a glass of wine and digestif limoncello. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The Kids were well taken care of and got some special attention. The atmosphere was really relaxed and the making of tiramisu and pasta fun. It was delicious. We got some nice recipes and recommendations for what to do next in Rome. Warm recommendations to Alfons!

Amazing!! I booked this for our anniversary to do whilst we’d were out in Rome, and when we turned up it was just the two of us booked on! We had a 1-1 with Alfos, who taught us all about traditional tiramisu and pasta making, and we got to have a sit down meal afterwards and enjoy what we made. Food was delicious and it was an awesome couple of hours. Definitely the highlight of the trip! Thankyou, Alfos!

This was the highlight of our Roman holiday. Alfons patiently and methodically showed 2 eleven year olds, my wife and myself (a trained chef) how Italian nonnas have been making great food from the simplest of ingredients for hundreds of years. This was a magical couple of hours learning simple skills that will stay with us forever and bring back memories of our week in Rome every time we make pasta at home better than any faded photo! As an added bonus, Alfons also threw in some brilliant recommendations for places to eat and visit making the rest of our holiday even better. If you're even thinking of taking a class whilst in Rome, this is the one. Buon appetito!!!

Chef Alfons was amazing! We took the class with our teenagers and he made it so much fun for all. We all learnt a lot and enjoyed eating the fruits of our labor after. Will definitely recommend his class and would take it again.
