Awful experience with this photographer, Phillis. Booked months in advance, booking marked as confirmed, showed up at the designated area during the listed time and was not there. Called and she said she I needed to reconfirm my booking with her and that she wouldn’t be refunding me. Tried justifying that didn’t seem fair as I showed up and she continued to argue her policy on no refunds. Extremely unprofessional and ended up insulting me later on through the original booking platform after denying my refund request again. Very unclear Booking options and rules, doesn’t attempt to communicate through the designated application you booked on or text. Claimed she called me which is also confusing if you don’t pick up unknown phone numbers. Also left the booking confirmed through the app through the duration of 3 months despite her rule of reconfirming, you should’ve canceled through the app stating this instead of riding the reservation out taking advantage of others money. Unreasonable, irrational, and unimpressive limited portfolio.

Awful experience! Booked months in advance, booking listed as confirmed, showed up to site and photographer didn’t. When I called she says I didn’t reconfirm so she wasn’t honoring my booking nor giving me a refund for the 2 people I paid for and I drove an hour to get there. Tried reasoning the refund was justified, she kept arguing so I disconnected the call. She should have canceled the booking ahead of time if another confirmation outside the application was required instead of allowing the booking to carry out and just take people’s money. This was supposed to be the end highlight of our romantic getaway but instead dealt with unprofessionalism and unpleasant attitude. Do NOT recommend booking with this photographer, Phillis and I’ll be leaving more reviews on Trip Advisor and other sites unless a responsible remedy is met.

This was my boyfriend and my first photo shoot and Phillis was great! She made it a fun and comfortable experience and the location is gorgeous. We will definitely have another shoot with her when we go back to PR!

Phillis did a special 55th birthday photo shoot for me on the beach at Wyndham Rio Mar in Puerto Rico. She was amazing, her eye is impeccable and the shots came out INCREDIBLE! And she's so friendly that we chatted for a while after we were done. Book her for your next memorable moment!
