Our trip guide Matt was good and helped us in our activities. But all the staff at the desk and in food center force you for extra trips and package upgrades. The trip includes pickup and hotel transfers but after completing our trip they made us waited atleast 1hr 40 minutes to drop us back at our resort. The activity can be completed in 3 hrs but took us 7hrs. They picked us at 8:30 AM in the morning to reach the ATV park it took 1.5 hrs. Actual ride from our resort was 25 minutes since they stop and pick up passengers from multiple resorts it took 1 hr 20 minutes. Even return was 1hr 20 minutes.

So this so called 4 hour excursion was more like 30 minutes of swimming, 3 sad zip lines for 15 minutes and literally 10 minutes of atv/dune buggy. Now I paid extra for a buggy which is insane for 10 minutes at 5km/h. At every moment it was pay for this or pay for that. $75 for pictures! How about the wait time to leave the place which was over 20 minutes late. Honestly please please do yourselves a favour and do not waste a valuable day of vacation on this excursion!!! @viator do better
