This is the worst service ever. I scheduled a service with this company and they did not pick me up. I waited for half an hour no transportation or nobody came to see us and I messaged them twice and never got an answer.

Bianca was so personable and knowledgeable for the tequila and cocoa part of the tour. Edwin did a great job keeping us informed and getting us from place to place. And Carlos was great in guiding us thru the jungle . We had a phenomenal tour.

At first I was kinda nervous booking outside of the cruise line but Albert was amazing with reassuring me that time wouldn't be an issue! He was very informative! I will definitely be booking this excursion again!
