Waiting for bus at least 30 minutes each time. Bus driver did not stop at each stop , so I had to follow in app to know where we were. Several passengers missed stops simply because driver didn’t stop
Only spoke French

Great way to move around the must see places of Brussel on your own and at your pace, and at the same getting the audio explanations as in a city tour.

Really rather good. Museum is situated in a characterful building. Great display of cars. The exhibits on the mezzanine floor were not described in English. The cars on the main floor were. Great cafe. Sophisticated food.

Poor commentary. Mostly background music. Some headset modules were broken.
Driver did not give us headsets on boarding so missed a fair bit of the commentary until I figured out what to do.

This was a great and easy way to see the city in 24 hrs! We were here for 1 day. We got to see the European parliament. Took a ferris wheel ride to get awesome views of the city.

We waited an hour at stop 6 in the freezing cold to go back to stop 1. They are not every 20 minutes as advertised. You have to do the full circuit which took 2 hours. It was even more cold on the bus downstairs. No heating. Very drafty and absolutely freezing. There’s barely any bus lanes in Brussels so you’re just stuck in traffic going through multiple traffic lights. Waste of money. Get an Uber instead. The commentary is terrible with awful music. We had no time on our return to get dinner as it took so long and we had a train to catch. I’ve been on many city bus tours and this is the worst yet.

We have been waiting 45 minutes for the next bus. That is not acceptable. Expensive and no hop on hop off. Costs time and few sights

Great way to orientate yourself in the city, a quick-see of most attractions and some lessons and background on the route.

pitiful organization. Find the stops in town...? know when the bus will come...? On the bus, where do you ring the bell to stop...?
The commentary from the headphones is completely out of sync with what we see: late, early, it depends...never when it should. This activity, successful by many companies in many cities, is an opportunity to waste time and money!
